I recently stayed here and had a great experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food, and the dinner menu offered tasty dishes. Room service was also prompt and well-prepared. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to get around. I had come to Patna as a tourist and I searched a lot for 3 hours for a hotel stay in Shivpuri but the rating of any hotel was not right. Initially earlier, i did not like this hotel nor the behaviour of the receptionist. But I do not know their demand as per Patna city, but the rates are quite right as per every state and so are the facilities. Earlier i were going to give 1 star due to their behaviour and charging extra gst amount at the time of check in but now I will give 5 star because their staff behaves very politely and courteously and also i have stayed in many hotels. All are they do say that our management is good but you only get to know when you lose something or you forget it in the same hotel by mistakenly and you don't find it. I forgot my Armani's golden watch but after just one call they returned it as if i hadn't forgotten anything. I own a brand of Mr. Burger outlet. I have 6 outlets all over India. I came to Patna with the intention of opening a new outlet. And that is why I say with the intention of Mr. Burger that, if you come to Patna, do stay at Fab Hotel Grand Sheela Patna Meethapur.

Review of FabHotel Accommodation Experience The hotel accommodation was extremely poor. The room provided was very small, leaving no space for movement. Despite being assured that a king-sized bed with an extra mattress would be available for three people, the bed was much smaller than expected, and no extra mattress was provided. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and soap—commonly provided even by budget hotels—were not available. The bathroom was unhygienic, emitting a foul smell, which made the stay highly uncomfortable. I contacted FabHotel two days before check-in to inform them about my late arrival (scheduled check-in at 11 AM, but my train was reaching at 11 PM). I requested arrangements in advance, but no proper preparation was made. The room allotted was just 10 meters from a highway, leading to excessive noise from heavy vehicles throughout the night. Despite raising complaints, the only solution offered was providing a separate room for one person to sleep in peace. Moreover, the hotel’s landline was not working, making it impossible to contact room service. The food quality was good, but it was overpriced. A 1-liter water bottle was being sold for ₹30, whereas a 2-liter Bisleri bottle was available for ₹20 just outside the hotel. Upon contacting MakeMyTrip, they justified the noise issue by stating that the hotel is located near a bus stand. However, I later discovered that the bus stand had been shifted elsewhere, meaning the noise was primarily from trucks and other vehicles. This misleading information significantly impacted my stay. Despite all these issues, the reception staff and the person delivering food were polite and well-mannered. Additionally, I found the people of Patna to be extremely courteous and respectful. If you are looking for overpriced food with poor accommodation and constant traffic noise throughout the night, you may consider this hotel. Otherwise, I strongly advise against booking this property. Additionally, MakeMyTrip’s customer service was highly disappointing, and due to this experience, I am planning to delete my account and app. I am not promoting Goibibo or any other platform, but since I had booked through Goibibo before, I found their services better. However, I strongly recommend using any other app except MakeMyTrip, as it was the worst booking experience I have ever had.

I am very disappointed about this hotel , hotel location is near airport but hotel surrounding area is very dirty , room , bed set, pilo , blanket not clean , very local level hotel as per terrif hotel is not good. I suggest please not book this hotel. Only one thing is good hotel staff is good . Kitchen not available

I have stayed in this hotel twice, everything was fine the first time, when I stayed the second time, room no. 205. Me and some people had come to my next room no. 204, the boys were kept outside the gate, the food plate was full of cigarettes, then at 11:30 in the night they knocked on the gate of room no. 204, a loud voice came, open the gate, it's Patna police, we got scared as to what happened, we have been raided. Then after some time they knocked on the gate of my room, I asked who, no one said anything, then when I opened the window, I saw there was a boy, he was asking for my phone charger, we had gone to Patna for shopping, I and my mangetar felt a little unsafe the whole night, then next morning they checked us out.

The worst hotel in Patna . I don't know why this hotel is part of fab . The worst of worsts , please don't go there if anyone planning for this .I will not explain the things because there is nothing good, everything is in bad condition. Sooo just ignore this fucking hotel
