I would like to raise a complaint about a person named Atul, working at the Fab shared location near Dagdusheth. He informed me that the hotel was only 5 minutes walking distance, but in reality the hotel was around 30 minutes away from the temple by vehicle. This incorrect information caused unnecessary inconvenience. During the check-in time, when I was trying to find the hotel, he was also not responding, which made the situation even more difficult. Afterwards, when I contacted another Fab representative, they guided me correctly and confirmed the actual distance. I booked this hotel through FabHotels, but upon arrival they demanded extra charges and took 3060 minutes to resolve the issue. The room I was given was in terrible condition. Most lights didnt work, and fixing them took another hour, leaving only one functional light. There was **no bathroom attached to the room**. The only available bathroom was a common one outside, and it was dirty. The toilet, buckets, and bedsheets were all unclean, and overall hygiene was very poor. I stayed only because I needed a place to keep my luggage and sleep, and didnt have time to find another option. I strongly recommend **not** booking this hotel.

The room was extremely dirty, and both the pillows and blanket had a strong, foul odor. The entire room was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority, and it made my stay very uncomfortable.

Terrible place. It was just shady it's a love hotel not a hotel for family pls stop referring this as a hotel it was just too shady.. no family will stay there in those kind of rooms. It's a fucking love hotel..

It seems to be a fraud run both by the hotelier along with the help of Fabhotels. Rooms were unhygienic, smelly and the furniture was broken. Unsafe for women and children. Inappropriate and bully behaviour by Fabhotels customer care.
