Overall, the rooms are good and comfortable. However, the hotel charges a very high amount for early check-in, while late check-out requires paying the full day's tariff. If the hotel charges a full-day amount for late check-out, it should follow a more reasonable and consistent policy for early check-in, especially when rooms are available and vacant. Another major drawback is the Wi-Fi connectivity. There is no separate Wi-Fi router in each room; instead, only one router is provided per floor, resulting in poor connectivity. I eventually had to use my mobile hotspot. Overall, the stay was good, but the extra charges and poor Wi-Fi connectivity needed improvement.

Worst experience ever in the hotel, initial hotel which I booked denied to give room and the second hotel which was allotted was not at all hygienic, there were cockroaches in the room. And when I tried to connect with the customer service that number was out of service,which is completely unacceptable. After this experience I'm not sure if I'll be using fabhotel again. Even the second hotel didn't have an elevator.

Pathetic experience. They charged us for complementary breakfast. They confirmed that the breakfast would be served from 8 am onwards. We went for it at 8.45 am & was told that breakfast is not ready & will take another 45 minutes. We were getting late so we asked them to refund the extra amount paid, but they refused to refund. This is disgusting. We book the hotels through such reputed platforms to avoid such last minute hassles, but such incidents loose the trust. My ratings are negative.
