Satara Road is a major arterial road in Pune which connects the city centre to Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway (NH 48) through Katraj- Dehu Bypass Road (NH 65). At its northern end is Jedhe Chowk in Swargate, which is also the busiest junction on the road because of its heavily-trafficked state transport bus depot – the largest in the city. Towards the south, the road passes through various suburbs and junctions like Bibwewadi, Dhankawadi and Katraj, all the way up to Satara. The thoroughfare is lined with all requisite facilities including restaurants, shops, hospitals, banks, hotels and more to ensure that travellers have a hassle-free experience. I have a terrible experience of hotel gargi deluxe . They have charged extra 1700 /- rs inspite of informing them to modify my booking and cancel my booking for one day. The hotel staff as well as the executive from fab hotels are adamant on charging the amount . I have requested them many times that I have checked out and modify and cancel my booking for one day . No one is listening and I have been charged the full amount . Rooms are dirty with cockroachs and mosquito there are no cleaning as well . I will not suggest to book this property . Kindly note . If in future they return my amount then i will think to visit again . Very bad experience at my end .

Rooms quality was pathetic , its stinking , bed sheets not cleaned , dirty washroom. Quality of food is so bad !! All were cold , no taste , no one is bother to address guest concerns ? Not worth it at cost of 3800/-. Very bad experience .
