Kindly arrange to call back ASAP or provide a number to call and speak to your representatives ASAP. I had booked a room with breakfast and I was charged extra for the breakfast. Upon reaching hotel, they said they will arrange from outside. Next morning, I had to do multiple follow ups to get some breakfast and they provided very limited (not sufficient for 1 person also), no mention option, cold 2 sip tea and basic and t cold breakfast. Initially, they provided for only 1 person and after a strong follow up they provided another plate which again was cold/small quantity. You have charged very reasonable amount for breakfast and atleast some reasonable service and options should be there. I would like you to refund my breakfast charges. Please assist. Had an amazing stay here for a week. I would like to make a special thank you note to the FabHotels representative, Mr. Harsh Yadav. He helped me a lot in finalising this property, and also helped me in resolving any concerns that I came across.

Bed sheet was not clean and 2 beds/matress were joint together due to which sleep was bit uncomfortable. Rest everything was great

There is no restaurant. They get it from some other hotel and charge heavily. Then why person shouldnt do swiggy if he has to order from outside. It is not fab hotel but tie up. Photo shows fab hotel but it is actually lodge

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. Its completely wastage of Money.

Staff was very rude. They hadn't gava one water bottle as complimentary. They charged me 30/- for the water bottle. AC was not working in room when I complained this they started speaking me rudely.

Terrible experience at saraswati I want my refund. I have booked my room at fab hotel sairaj narhe pune your employees rahul told me due to some issues hotel is not accepting any check in at 12th and shifted us to another place no lift was provided. I was travelling with my family. Worst service and response from fab hotel.

Terrible Hotel Experience – Do Not Stay Here! Remote and Inaccessible Location: The hotel is in a completely isolated area, making it difficult to find. Major landmarks and places are not easily accessible, making it feel like a trap. It honestly felt like being stuck in a jail. No Food Delivery Allowed: They do not allow Swiggy, Zomato, or any other food delivery services because they have an in-house kitchen. When I asked about this, they refused, forcing guests to eat whatever they serve, which is highly inconvenient and makes the stay unpleasant. No Complimentary Water: Not even a single bottle of water is provided. Guests are expected to purchase everything, which feels unreasonable. Rude Staff: The reception staff and room attendants were extremely rude. From the moment I arrived, their behavior made me want to leave immediately. Eventually, I vacated the room after just 4-5 hours, despite paying for the stay. Deceptive Room Photos: The room looked nothing like the pictures they had shown. The actual condition was pathetic. They might have recently tiled the bathrooms, making them appear decent in pictures, but in reality, the cleanliness was poor. Unhygienic and Uncomfortable Stay: The bed quality was extremely poor, and the linen was full of lint, making it irritating to the skin. The entire room felt humid and suffocating, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Not Suitable for Families: This hotel is only useful for a quick fresh-up near railway stations or bus stands—not for a proper stay. Families should avoid this place at all costs. Final Verdict: I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away and find a better place!
