"The hotel did not honour the booking done via Make My Trip. Had to pay at the desk AGAIN with a promise of refund of my online payment. And have been following up since with MMT, Fabhotels and the hotel reception but no one is taking ownership. Horrible experience feels like have been scammed!"

"Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
