The worst hotel i ever stayed in. the receptionist neither have any manner nor any knowledge about housekeeping. the lock of my room was broken , all the bedsheets , blankets, pillow covers were dirty and after complaining they didn’t even listen to our problem. a very old hotel with no knowledge regarding hotels and house keeping. very bad experience.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Extremely difficult to reach to the venue. dirty room with full of mosquitoes. fan not working properly. only one person at the front desk, who has no clue about the place.
