2 AverageSo so hotel... had to be asked continuously for the towel and soap... were very late in acting on the same... for towels i had to wait for 2-3 hours ...quite ridiculous they don't provide water in the room and when asked we are given mineral water which is chargeable (revealed only during checkout... not even when they deliver it) . they claim that ro water is free but none of it was provided... no fabhotel signage in front of the hotel... difficult to identify if its the fab hotel booked or not. fab hotel claims its a new hotel..hence the issues.... that justification is not needed..as it is not fabhotel's first hotelAbhinav Somani, 17 Jun

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 8 Mar

4.3 Very GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 23 Apr
