The 1300-acre campus is a mini-city in itself with a range of facilities like institutes, research centres, hostels, library, auditorium, hospital, printing press, flying club, and a museum named Bharat Kala Bhavan, to mention a few. In addition, the university in Ajagara is surrounded by an array of facilities, such as banks, restaurants, shopping centres, and well-maintained Varanasi hotels, to mention a few.
Tourists staying at hotels near Banaras Hindu University must take out some time to shop for popular things to buy in Varanasi, such as Banarasi sarees, bangles, rudraksha necklace, glass beads, Indic literature, stone-carved curios, and the hidden craft of Gulabi Minakari. BHU is well-connected to different parts of Varanasi by bus, taxi, auto-rickshaw, cycle-rickshaw, and other modes of transport. The campus is located not too far from the major railheads - Varanasi Junction, also known as Varanasi Cantt Railway Station (8.6 km), Varanasi City Railway Station (10.3 km), and Manduadih Railway Station (4.6 km). Furthermore, Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport is around 30 km away from the university, which can be reached within 40-50 minutes by car.
This hotel to close to many places like within 2.5 kms distance to ghats, kashi vishwanath mandir etc.. Shubham (the manager / front desk) did a fabulous job of ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting all the needs I requested. He is very very polite, courteous and handles all requests efficiently and in timely fashion. He goes above and beyond by making himself available for emergency calls between 12 midnight till 7 am. Hotel is great and with convenient location. Its kept clean and staff ensures the cleanliness and making sure the hotel is in good condition.

"Our group of four had a mixed experience at Fab Express GS Residency. Despite facing some issues, we managed to enjoy our stay. The hotel's amenities and services were commendable. We appreciated the hospitality and made the most of our time there. Overall, it was a decent stay, and we would consider visiting again."
Host/manager was very rude. A/C was turned off and had to call everytime to turn it on and response I get is due to power cut and then after 5 mins of call surprisingly the power comes in. Happened all 3 days of stay. No cleaning service was provided during the period of stay. No toiletries were given. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty had to buy my own to use. It was the worst experience I have had in any hotel.
