I recently stayed at The White Moon for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The service was warm and attentive, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness throughout. The food was delicious and offered good variety, which made dining a pleasure. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get around and explore. Overall, The White Moon provides a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time use FAB and its worse and bad experience for me . Never go with FAB in future

I had one of the most disappointing stays at this hotel. From the very beginning, the management was unprofessional and asking for extra money at every step rather than providing proper service. The rooms were unhygienic and far below basic cleanliness standards. The facilities looked neglected, and despite repeated requests, staff showed no concern about fixing issues. Customer service was extremely poor — staff were rude, inattentive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of resolving problems, they kept making excuses. It was clear that the hotel lacks proper management. Guests are not treated with respect, and customer satisfaction seems to be the last priority here. Overall, this was the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value your money, comfort, and peace of mind. Rating: 1/5 (if 0 stars were allowed, I would give that instead).

FAKE ALERT!! UN-OPERATIONAL ALERT ⚠️I recently booked FabHotel Prism Homestay, Jaipur through MakeMyTrip, as it was clearly listed on the app at the time of booking. However, when I reached the property, the hotel staff denied my check-in, stating that they don’t operate under this name anymore and all rooms are already full. This left me stranded at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress, financial loss, and inconvenience during my trip. It is extremely disappointing that a fake/non-operational property was listed on MMT. And hotel staff just denied me check-in and said all rooms are already full. As a trusted platform, I expect MakeMyTrip to verify the authenticity of hotels before showing them to customers. Such incidents damage customer trust and create major travel disruptions. Stay alert about such properties to prevent last-minute inconvenience.

Worst hotels to stay does not maintain rooms , No hot water no working AC,no water in washbasin ,all switches are broken...207 room washroom door lock broken room is dirty , shited to room no 106 which is worst than that Ac doesn't work properly, no water in washbasin , switches are broken . TV is not working

If I could give a star rating in negative it would be -5. Room smells foul, bedsheets and bankets are dirty, torn, smelly. Toilets are in worse condition and dirty. Even the room floors are so sticky we never removed our footwear. When we asked for towels they said we don't have clean ones now we will give you next morning at 5. Next mornig we didn't get any towel. they all were sleeping till 7:30am that's when we left. There is nothing like room service, they don't clean rooms they don't provide water, toiletries or anything a hotel provides. We had pre-booked 2 rooms, check-in time is 12noon, they gave us one room at 3 pm and the other at 9pm. If you are in for a torture. I highly recommend this room. Book for someone u want to punish.

I have book the hotel by online booking but the after the check-in I find out the wrost condition of the hotel bathroom nd suffocated room condition room service not good not a cooperative type staff bad condition of hotel room and bathroom not a proper clean. Not satisfied by the hotel

It is my first time Booking with the Fab Group of Hotel. When I reached the Property at 04.50 PM the booked room was not ready. After half an hour waiting they allotted room at top floor of the property which was covered by a tin/fiber shade. When I requested for allotment of another room, Was refused saying that there is no vacant room in their property. I was told to take back my booking amount as a refund then I refused saying that there is no solution to my problem. It is VERY HORRIBLE SITUATION for my at 5.40 PM. Then they Shifted me to their other property. In Short I'd say is that when you don't have the room facilities then why take the booking.

This hotels give you many surprise. We booked this hotel rooms in Aug 25. We got many surprises in 2 days. AC is not working, AC water spoil my few clothes because its water drain in room only. Main door and bathroom door lock not working. TV working but any Channels not subscribe (you can watch only TV screen home page) Bad quality is excellent because in double bad there is 2 metras which can pain in your back. (Keep pain keeler) There is no night lamp so keep night lamp with you. There is no room service.(we got over order after 22 hours) Infrastructure issus - There are damage furniture and door. No food service in this hotel. Hot water option not available in my room (room no 302)
