It’s quite disheartening to see some individuals leaving negative reviews, as our stay was nothing short of delightful. I would particularly like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Santhosh, who works the night shift. His professionalism and readiness to assist us were truly commendable and made a significant difference during our visit. If you find yourself at this property, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out Mr. Santhosh for any assistance you may require; he is an invaluable asset to the team and genuinely enhances the guest experience.

This is my second stay. Very good hotel, neat room., helpful staffs , Manager. Monsai took very good care. .. Check in process and stay was smooth..

Very good breakfast with a large spread. Great food in the restaurants.

Lights in the room were not bright. There is no tube light here. We gone through some uncomfortable smell ( maybe the smell of cigarettes) over here. Please provide better bed spreads. Without food accomodation we thought that the amount that we've given is not justified. Kindly work on these things . Thankyou

One of the worst hotels in kochi. They make big promises but do not keep any. They ask for additional money saying that they are unable to login in and check in via make my trip app, then they don't refund your money as well. No towel no hot water no proper room service no food, when you ask for food they will ask you to book food via Swiggy or Zomato. Just horrible experience.

Horrible rooms,.. no lifts.. untidy bathroom.. even bedsheets felt like used ones. I booked with complemtary breakfast but the hotel people not provided the breakfast. I saw some positive reviews about this hotel. Feels like there relatives or friends wrote that. If they stayed there difficult to write that kind of good things. Waited a long time ( more than an hour) for getting the room.

Booked a room to freshen up and keep bag to change for attending a marriage before catching the night train. Chose this place since it was supposed to be close to the railway stations. Bad choice. Even auto drivers close to the railway station do not know this hotel. Congested room. Partially neat. Bathrooms not good. Overall not a good experience. Suggest not to book based on photos on internet.

Most lousy hotel I ever stayed. Big lizards are there in the deluxe room. I doubt whether they are changing the linens after the departure of guests. I never opt this hotels in future
