Best service reception staff also good
It is a two star or 1 star type small room hotel. I don't prefer with family to stay but good to stay for business purpose stay or small duration stay in Ahmedabad.
The rooms were not as shown in the pics.. this property shares commercial establishments within premises.. also the rooms were not clean. Staff was very good and polite. They were able to accommodate request.
Very poor room Bedsheet are not cleaned Pillows are not cleaned Bathroom are not cleaned Used condom in the room Bathroom not cleaned and flush was not working
Worst service from hotel, denied checkin as they said today is a match day and we won't be able to give you booking at same tariff, i was on call for almost 2hrs discussing with goibibo. They never hesitated to even ask for water or chair to sit down. Goibibo even matched the increased tariff even after that they were asking to provide extra cash for booking.
The owner and staff were not helpful at all, charged additional then the website fees, didn't even help with lugage carrying. They locked the door at night and refused to open if I went out. And the lift in ammeneties is only of name. It starts from basemnt and the second floor. There is no practical usage of that as I had to carry my laugage to the second floor through stairs myself.
I actually don't give reviews , but I thought give for this hotel because some other person should not go through what I went , So I have booked this hotel online and paid online and I went to check in @ 11:00pm, there the receptionist who was there made me wait for 10min , just to tell rooms are not available ..go and talk to customer care....these are the exact words he spoke ...I was right infront of him since 10min and he didnt say anything. So then I contacted customer care , they told me handover phone to hotel receptionist...I gave....and receptionist told them...."from yesterday I am asking you to give offline paid booking, y are you sending only online paid booking, send offline then only I will accept" this are words he spoke to customer care inspite of room availability he didn't give , and the customer care executive rechanged my hotel to different location which is 1.5 km away ....and this all happened at 11:00pm....there are two more , people infront who has just gone through this and waiting for customer care executive to re-change the hotel.....
I recently tried to book a hotel and communicated with a lady from the team. We discussed all the details thoroughly, and I was assured that my booking was confirmed. However, after that conversation, the lady stopped responding to my calls and messages. For the next 2–3 days, I repeatedly called Fab Hotels for clarification. Every time, an unknown person answered the call, and I had to explain the situation from the beginning, including the booking date and other details. Each time I requested to speak with the same lady, but no one connected me to her or provided any proper answers. Finally, I asked to speak with someone in charge or a supervisor, but I received no response. The lack of communication and coordination in their management is unacceptable. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with booking confirmation. Terrible service and unprofessional behaviours.
