5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Lalita, 10 Oct

1 AverageBad odour, suffocating room, dirty linen... not worth the money... they ask for pre payment and after making the payment, you are shown the room. when you request for a room change, they tell you.. we can't help you.. go talk to booking application people. i mean, are you serious? this hotel doesn't deserve a rating above 1 star... even 1 star is a lot...Nagendra, 9 May
