Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

Experience of staying at this hotel was joyful. Staff is very cooperative, polite, humble. They provide good service. The owner is very helpful. Check in time :10AM Check out time : 10AM Let's talk about prices 1200+GST= 1344₹ per day. As per my opinion the price are quite suitable for every person. Service U can get here: Free wifi Loundry Breakfast- Tea/Coffee Here bathroom and washroom are clean and well maintained. Hot and cold water available 24 HRS. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

Receptionist person behaviour talking is not good....not coperative not supportive

The staff is just not it, do not recommend this place its all just a scam online and in real life the rooms are in very trash condition with ash in the drawers and rooms not cleaned, also not couple friendly the staff is always looking at you with weird looks

Not at all hygienic and clean. No amenities provided. Dirty bucket, stained bed sheets, and stained towels. The phone is of no use, as no one picks up if you call. I had to go to the reception area to find no one at least 5 to 6 times to tell them what I needed. Then, too, it was not done. Pathetic service and cleanliness in the room. Breakfast is ordered from outside thru swigging, so it was cold and will be served according to their time, not according to their guest times. Paid 30k for 2 nights to get this type of pathetic service.

What they show in the photo they don't provide, even they don't provide all the amenities that they have been listed. Actually they don't have the amenities that they are assuring to give us. They provide 2 breads in the plate and serve that in your rooms telling you that this is your breakfast which we had promised to give you'll. Staff is pathetic, service is the worst. I would like to make an appeal, please don't choose this hotel stay, they are just here to mislead the customer and grab their hard earned money.

I stay here for 1 day, next day my competitive exam was there, at night I needed to read ,i requested from beginning during day time also that light is not sufficient o read during late night, they said light will light up great during night , but I was right , during night you can see such photos that how can one read under such kind of lights? Other rooms were empty , still they didn't give me and I had to read under this light. Is this service good ? I'm Done....
