    "Never visit Fab group hotels as they do not allow bookings to cancel in any case. If you argue then they will harass you for cancelling the room and ask you to pay for all the days of booking without even staying. Hotel staff was good but Fab group customer service employees were rude, unaccountable and do not listen any of your request."

    "It's in a terrible area. The rooms are small and dingy. There are flies everywhere. The staff is not presentable. They don't even give you sealed water bottles. I have come to associate some quality with the Fab name. I think I'll need to stop this expectation. Clearly Fab has focused on scale too much to bother about what the brand stands for. Disappointed with Fab a lot more than I was with this hotel."

    "Pathetic Hotel. Do not fool people by showing good pictures and fake reviews at Google. The real picture is very different. First of all the area.. it's not easy to find the hotel. No sign board of Fab Hotel. Building is very dirty. Area not safe for women. No security guards. Rooms are very dirty, full of bad and cigarette smokes. I don't know why Fab Hotel never investigate these kind of hotels."

    "On booking website the name is shown as 'Fab hotel Galaxy' but in reality it is ' Hotel Galaxy OYO'. So after reaching the destination, it's very difficult to decide whether you are at right hotel. After check in... Wi fi and land line was not working. For any assistance, you have to rush to reception."
