Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Gujarat.

The location is a very good place. Near the sabarmati metro station. The only problem is you should not get lunch dinner & breakfast near this place. Also from the outside the building is looking very old construction. Thank you.

Very poor condition of the room just the basic room. Not worth the money. Bad smell coming from outdoor passage and also in room. Horrible experience (just for sleeping is quite ok ok) not recommended.

This hotel does not deserve even a 1 star. The reviews and photos shown here are completely fake and misleading. I booked this hotel seeing these reviews and assuming it would be a good and decent one to stay with my family. But when I arrived, I was in complete shock. The location and surrounding is very filthy and the hotel does not have a signboard at all. I located the hotel by asking few passerby s but it was hard to find the lift. Finally a small lift came and I went upstairs to see the rooms. The boys at the reception was playing very loud music on TV and the environment was not very conducive for family stay (specially for women). The rooms were not as shown in these pictures, there was cigarette smell coming from the rooms, bedsheets were very dirty and I was about to vomit while seeing the washrooms. I came out of the hotel without staying a night (although I had paid some advanced amount). I want to say that all these good reviews are fake (may be by bots or fake IDs) and photos are misleading. I advise everyone not to book this hotel.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended. I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I booked a room for 3 adults, but we were given only a double bed, which was highly inconvenient. Despite being charged extra, the room was extremely small and not suitable for three people. The service was terrible – I wasn’t even provided with drinking water, even after making multiple requests. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Even they did not give towels and bath soap. Nothing.. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience ever. No one should ever book rooms here. First, we were denied rooms despite paying booking amount and taking reconfirmation from Booking.com. As they were letting it out to other people who were ready to pay more due to high demand. Then after 15 minutes of struggle and argument they finally cooked some stupid story for denying the room and allotted 2 rooms as booked. Secondly, worst cleanliness. Towels were dirty, bathrooms were very dirty despite making them clean it twice. Water in the wash basin was black in color. Coach roaches in the washroom. We just somehow managed to spend one night as we had already paid the money. Spent 17,000 for 2 rooms for 1 night.

This is one of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed at. Rooms are tiny and have no windows Room was infested with cockroaches Main door has a flimsy lock on the inside Main doors lock was not working. Luckily they have a latch outside. So I asked for a lock. They staff actually said it's not needed because they have CCTV. I still insisted for a lock. But in the evening they took it back because someone else was going out and asked for a lock. The walls were called with dirt and spit stains. The bathroom door could not be locked from the inside. It will be a challenge to find a worse room.

Hotel ambience was the worst I ever seen in my life. Location is also bad. Nearby cleanliness is at worst condition. Your service is too bad and not reliable. Whatever photos and videos you have posted for respective hotel, rooms, their ambience is fake. People see those photos and books room from you. But at eleventh hour, we can't do anything because of Time Constraints. And we need to adjust somehow for 1 night just like I did yesterday. I expect a call from you

Pathetic Hotel. Do not fool people by showing good pictures and fake reviews at Google. The real picture is very different. First of all the area.. it's not easy to find the hotel. No sign board of Fab Hotel. Building is very dirty. Area not safe for women. No security guards. Rooms are very dirty, full of bad and cigarette smokes. I don't know why Fab Hotel never investigate these kind of hotels.
