The location is a very good place. Near the sabarmati metro station. The only problem is you should not get lunch dinner & breakfast near this place. Also from the outside the building is looking very old construction. Thank you.

Very poor condition of the room just the basic room. Not worth the money. Bad smell coming from outdoor passage and also in room. Horrible experience (just for sleeping is quite ok ok) not recommended.

It was worst experience there.The rooms were stinky and the tiolet seat was in bad condition.The water supply in bathroom was very less and bathroom was very small and in very bad condition. They also don't have inhouse kitchen as they are showing on app.

please avoid this third class looter Hotel.They are totally fraud and just looting to innocent customer in name of beside Riverfront. Have booked deluxe Room and by mistake at time of booking the number of Guest got selected as 1 as it was default(although we were Couple) and paid Rs 950. But when I earlier called the Fab Customer care before checkin they told yes it's fine as you booked Delux room. But on Checkin date the Receptionist started argument and showing his rudeness..started telling that you have to pay charges for 1 extra person I.e Rs 400.(can understand that for 1 extra person he can charge ,but Rs 400..when I Checked online it is Rs1140-950=Rs190 not 400..he charged Rs 210 extra) and also the as have checked 3 hrs before on him he charged 300. So total extra have paid Rs 510.(Feeling Cheated) He taken the Fully advantage of our one simple mistake and also he(Receptionist)was so rude and spoil our entire Trip .As we were just travelled on that day and were totally tiered ...So just given him Money,but the way the Receptionist treated us that spoiled our entire trip day and Plan. The most strange part is the even Feb Customer care person is also telling that its not in my hand and he(Receptionist) at hotel can charge anything.. Please avoid this hotel if you have respect yourself and love your Money. As they don't having simple ethics to deal with Customer. Total he charged me for 1 not stay(950+700=Rs 1650) FRAUD ! LOOTER ! ILLETRATE RECEPTIONIST

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Gokul Villa FabHotel I had booked a one-night stay at Gokul Villa FabHotel after checking the photos and reviews online. Unfortunately, my actual experience was completely different and very disappointing. As soon as I arrived at the property, I was shocked by the entrance and the overall look of the place. It gave off a very shady and unsafe vibe—completely different from what was shown online. I didn't feel comfortable or secure enough to even enter the building. I made the quick decision to not check-in at all and immediately booked another hotel at my own expense. I had already paid for this stay, so both my time and money were wasted. But for me, safety and peace of mind come first. This experience was upsetting and frustrating. I hope FabHotels takes such cases seriously and ensures accurate representation of properties on their platform in the future. Based on this incident, I have lost trust in booking stays with FabHotels again. This is my honest experience, and I’m sharing it to help others make informed decisions

This hotel does not deserve even a 1 star. The reviews and photos shown here are completely fake and misleading. I booked this hotel seeing these reviews and assuming it would be a good and decent one to stay with my family. But when I arrived, I was in complete shock. The location and surrounding is very filthy and the hotel does not have a signboard at all. I located the hotel by asking few passerby s but it was hard to find the lift. Finally a small lift came and I went upstairs to see the rooms. The boys at the reception was playing very loud music on TV and the environment was not very conducive for family stay (specially for women). The rooms were not as shown in these pictures, there was cigarette smell coming from the rooms, bedsheets were very dirty and I was about to vomit while seeing the washrooms. I came out of the hotel without staying a night (although I had paid some advanced amount). I want to say that all these good reviews are fake (may be by bots or fake IDs) and photos are misleading. I advise everyone not to book this hotel.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended. I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I booked a room for 3 adults, but we were given only a double bed, which was highly inconvenient. Despite being charged extra, the room was extremely small and not suitable for three people. The service was terrible – I wasn’t even provided with drinking water, even after making multiple requests. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Even they did not give towels and bath soap. Nothing.. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience ever. No one should ever book rooms here. First, we were denied rooms despite paying booking amount and taking reconfirmation from Booking.com. As they were letting it out to other people who were ready to pay more due to high demand. Then after 15 minutes of struggle and argument they finally cooked some stupid story for denying the room and allotted 2 rooms as booked. Secondly, worst cleanliness. Towels were dirty, bathrooms were very dirty despite making them clean it twice. Water in the wash basin was black in color. Coach roaches in the washroom. We just somehow managed to spend one night as we had already paid the money. Spent 17,000 for 2 rooms for 1 night.

Felt like a very shady hotel... The entrance is a very narrow path. Smelt of cigar in every inch of the hotel... The bathroom was so tiny that u keep hitting yourself when u bathe. Sheets were dirty. When u need hot Water you need to call them and then they would switch on the geyser from outside.Breakfast was bought from a local Street food vendor. It's a very bad room for the money they charged. Rooms are not sound proof... even the sound of Mobile phone used in the neighbouring room could be heard !We paid 1400 per day through MMT the previous hotel we stayed ( not Fab chain) was very good and they charged 860!

We had very bas experience. Now onwards, I would not prefer any Fabhotel anywhere. No heigen, shabby, toilets very very dirty just to omit, no breakfast of our choice, crowd of chhapri people, continuos smoking zone everything was so dirty. Even toilets have broken doors. We have wasted our hard earned money. It's my personal suggestion, nobody should book fab hotel. It's nonsense. When I tried to complain on their customer care, no communication was established. How the people have rated very good is beyond my imagination. Even there was no hoarding of Fabhotel. GOKUL VILLA OF AHM SABAS IS SHEER NONSENSE.
