I really recommend this hotel, the rooms are good and cozy, the location is fine, the staff is really kind and welcoming.

It serves all purposes of a hotel. You get a clean, air conditioned room but don't expect it to be SPOT clean. You get good food for great prices. It's right on the main road and they don't disturb you at all.

Nice, clean, new, hotel with all the things you can think of. Friendly staff always willing to help. Food was good. Definitely worth a stay.

I had worst experience with Fab Hotels. The rooms were not clean, lacked proper ventilation, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Customer support was unresponsive and delayed in addressing even basic concerns. The staff appeared poorly managed, and overall service was substandard. Not at all recommended for families, the conditions and service do not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend Fab Hotels to anyone.

Horrible experience....rooms are full of bug and cockroaches, AC is for show only.. non-working...bad behaviour of staffs...they even don't take the luggage down at the time of checkout...I will recommend not to book this one, there are a lot better options available.

Actual rooms don't match the picture as shown on Google , the location of the property is missing over Expedia n other platforms , The name Fab is not used on the branding , only written black diamond hotel . washroom was clean , the door locks were broken , and there were too many cockroaches in the room, Bed sheet n pillow were not that white sheets dirty a bit , I asked to change directly, said yeah hi h jo hai , lighting in room for not Bright enough , reusable slippers were not dere , wooden flooring was making bubble sound
