First hotel attendant was good other one was not More cleaning is required bedsheets needs to be more hygienic and clean their own kitchen food was good but during night we asked them for dinner they ordered thali for us that was very bad
Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I booked this hotel through Agoda at a discounted price and was excited about my stay. However, upon arriving on my booked date and time, I was told by the owner that they had no rooms available. Instead, they shifted us to another hotel nearby, which they owned. The alternative hotel was horrendous. The room was in an appalling condition: it was filthy, reeked of a horrible smell, and the washroom was so unhygienic that it was unbearable. The bedsheets were dirty, the floor was unclean, the bed was in terrible shape, the chairs were broken, and even the geyser didn’t work. It was evident that the only reason for this shift was the discounted price I paid through Agoda. This is completely unethical and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, the pricing of the bad hotel was the same as the original booking, proving that the owners were simply trying to profit by cheating customers who book through discounted platforms. This experience was beyond disappointing. I feel cheated and would strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel and its affiliated properties. Such practices should be reported, and I urge Agoda to take strict action against them to protect other customers from going through this.
Non cooperative and Rude staff, hotel itself present in 3rd grade location ,dirty bedsheets and no ventilation inside rooms . After you checkout they will waste your time by saying review our property, give us 5stars blah blah , literally third class
Toilet seat was cleaned since ages. Even room was not clean, lot of dust accumulated on the walls, tables, room are suffocating, Even the bed sheets were dirty. Only the thing which was good is staff.
I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The bedsheets were not clean at all, which made the room feel very unhygienic. The staff was not responsive and did not help even after repeated complaints. The food was the worst — very poor quality and not worth the money. The most shocking part was that there were bedbugs (khatmal) in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room no. 207 1st floor.
The most worst experience I have ever had with this hotel. There was no lift facility. Rooms were so dirty and after our arrival, we had to get it cleaned. No geyser, no hot water, no fan was functioning properly. Ac was just to eye wash. The staff was not responding as they didn't take action. Even FAB Hotel customer care Mr. Pulkit was also not attended our concern. There was a nightmare for the whole family of seven members in this hot summer. After all this happened, they didn't provide breakfast even. The staff at the reception didn't turn up till 7.00 am. Said that breakfast will be available at 9.00am, which ridiculous. Location of the hotel was also not good. Please don't book this hotel. I strongly recommend FAB Hotels group was too waste. Not at all responsible towards customers. It's for a name sake hotel. All the facilities they are saying for just an eyewash.
Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.
I had booked 2 deluxe rooms in Goibibo. Both main door handles were broken! When I asked for the tv remote they gave me 1 remote for both rooms and asked us to use the batteries from the ac remote. The receptionist had so much attitude for some reason! The app mentioned 10% discount for ala carte for a single meal, but during the check out they denied. And the complementary breakfast also had so many restrictions I had ordered a bread omlette and some toasted bread they said only 3 slices will be given since I ordered bread omlette. The entire hotel reeked of some punget smell even in elevator. The locality was not impressive as well no cabs were easily available. Overall the experience was completely unpleasant and the constant power outage was an added discomfort! Please go for some other hotels. This one's definitely a good option!
I booked a one-night stay at this hotel for my parents, who were in town for a check-up at Fortis Hospital. The experience was absolutely pathetic. My parents reported that the room was extremely smelly and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Worse yet, there were mice throughout the hotel, and they even found mouse droppings in their room. This stay was not even worth 500 rupees, let alone the 1900 I paid. FabHotels is misleading customers with their listings. Because of a medical emergency and my parents being unfamiliar with the city, we were stuck with this horrible experience. I wish I could give a negative rating. Do not stay here—it is easily one of the worst hotels in Mohali."
