Awful service. They changed the room in between so we had to shift only because they gave the booking for entire floor to someone else. And then the room alotted to us didn’t had a key so we spend half day with no electricity. Not to mention food that we ordered was plain khichdi and it took them 90 minutes to provide that. I wish i could give them zero star.

Linen is not good it stinky damage ufff not up to mark property washroom is not cleaned wc sheet was stinky not cleaning , bucket is to dirty blanket is stinking and damage there is no water for drinking even they don’t know who Room is occupied well once we Checked in they take us on occupied Room which I can say is not safe n secure for guests it’s a worst n worst hotel that I have seen in my life I recommended to every one don’t go to this property ever

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel for my parents, who were in town for a check-up at Fortis Hospital. The experience was absolutely pathetic. My parents reported that the room was extremely smelly and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Worse yet, there were mice throughout the hotel, and they even found mouse droppings in their room. This stay was not even worth 500 rupees, let alone the 1900 I paid. FabHotels is misleading customers with their listings. Because of a medical emergency and my parents being unfamiliar with the city, we were stuck with this horrible experience. I wish I could give a negative rating. Do not stay here—it is easily one of the worst hotels in Mohali."

I pre-booked and paid for a week, but had to check out within 24 hours because the place was unlivable. Complete waste of money. Cracked walls, no almirah, no space in the room, bed bugs, no water in the washroom, TV not working. The room and bathroom were filthy and poorly maintained. This hotel doesn’t meet even basic standards. Not safe, not hygienic, not worth staying even for one night. Worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs

Food quality is way too bad....we have ordered paratha...and there was mosquito in the paratha... When we complain to the manager..he started to give the explanation Way too bad experience, never recommend to anyone Stay away from this hotel Never come here, it's better to stay outside rather than this hotel It is pathetic. Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.

I had a very disappointing stay at Fab Hotel Galaxy Inn. The overall experience was far below expectations, as the hotel lacked even basic facilities. The rooms were in very poor condition, not properly maintained, and did not provide a comfortable environment. The location was also inconvenient, which added to the unpleasant experience. It is also not suitable for families or kids. Based on this, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Pathetic Experience – Not Even Worth 5 Minutes! This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The pictures on the website and MMT are completely misleading. In reality, the bedsheets were stained, the room and washroom reeked, and even the lift had a terrible smell. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming—didn’t feel like a guest at all. It felt like a third-class lodge, definitely not suitable for a decent stay. I checked out within 5 minutes. This place seems like it’s only meant for OYO crowd or locals. Please don’t fall for the fake good reviews—I’m certain most of them are posted by staff or their friends. Save your time, money, and peace. Not recommended at all.

Very poor condition of this hotel. No staff, No water in toilet, flush not working, no electrical socket in working condition, zero cleanliness, smelly rooms, no lift. If someone will pay me 1 lakh rupees to stay in this hotel, I'll still say A BIG No. It's better to spend a night in your car than staying in this hotel. If you still have no choice because of any reason and you plan to stay in this hotel out of compulsion, I recommend you to carry your own blanket, water bottles(for toilet use), own bed sheets, electrical extension, own LED TV, room freshner, Towels and toiletries. Worst experience! first of all they charged me extra because the room i booked online and paid was apparently not available. Room, especially the bed sheets and blankets was not clean at all. and I don't know what reason they have for having rats in the room because of which i could not sleep at night. and reportedly other rooms also had the same issue. photos shown in this page are for imaginary purposes only and not to be taken seriously. would highly recommend spending a little more for a better hotel if you are able to afford it
