Had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly property! The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for both me and my furry friend. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the warm and attentive service – the staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets!

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

So ever best experience in this property , Mr Manish was there in fab property. He given thr best support and best provide stayed in his property. I stayed at this hotel it was amazing experience. Service - Amazing service within a second they will assist you. Food- Food was good. Room- room was decent and yes neat and very clean fresh linen and super clean washroom. Overall it was amazing experience and very humble staff. Best budget hotel in this area and amazing experience.

the birdhouse by fabhotels is a very welcoming stay nearby isbt dehradun. the location is perfect for people commuting from there. the staff makes you feel at ease, especially the lady at the reception, they're all helpful. rooms are clean as well. must visit!

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I am sorry to inform you about the stay at hotel sumanglam, dehradun,. Relay a surprising and extreme bad experience at hotel. 5 rooms booked by me, and in room no service staff abvl, no water in toilets, broken seats and flush system, no water in hand faucet, no water in wash besen, ac is also not working... etc. etc.  Is this type of services will be provided by a such named brand FAB.??? At reception no service person abvl. to solve the issues. He denied and told that room service person will come after 8 am. Till then you have to wait.. no kitchen is abvl.  This is good for nothing.... Its better to stay in any dharamshala in spite of feb hotel.. video is attached for your reference.. i will also escalate this to all social media to aware peoples about the services given by THE REPUTED FAB HOTELS...

Both the rooms were not up to the marks as expected as shown in photographs. Other neighbouring hotels providing much better rooms with very less prices. Lift is not working so it was very difficult for my 84 years old father to climb 3rd floor through stairs. The hotel's actual name is completely different than showing on website. So it was very difficult to find the hotel, even with the help of google maps. There is no any signboard. Bathroom drainage was blocked and all drainage water come in the room. Towel not provided. Soap not provided. There was no bath stool in the bathroom. Shower were not working. There were so many mosquitoes in rooms. Staff was not supportive. Very bad experience for us. I would not prefer any fab hotel in future.

Location is very bad and uncomfortable many nonveg shops around. Photos shown on website are fake. Rooms are smelly and mosquitoes bit the whole night. Room size is too small. But staff is cooperative. Overall experience was very bad.
