Nice location overall looking good but need to improve

We have not stay in this hotel , it was totally different from the images given in the app it was all dirty and uncomfortable I havent got my refund yet.

I did not stay at your hotel yesterday because when I arrived, I found that the hotel was shut down. I tried calling several times but received no response. Due to this, I had to book another hotel and stay there. I request a full refund of my payment

Extremely Disappointed with FabHotels – Poor Property & Support This was my first stay with FabHotels, and unfortunately, it turned out to be my worst experience so far. I stayed at FabHotel Emerald Goa and Holiday Beach Resort Candolim Goa, and both properties delivered 3rd-class service backed by equally poor support from FabHotels. Breakfast wasnt served 2 days out of 5 days despite of having CP plan and dinner was also yuk. Despite repeated reminders, no one from customer care bothered to resolve the issues. From shabby rooms and false advertising to lack of basic service, the experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I now have zero trust in FabHotels as a brand. This was my final stay, and I strongly advise others to stay away from: • FabHotel Emerald Goa • Holiday Beach Resort Candolim Goa • And most importantly, FabHotels as a company shabby rooms with seepage and fould smells and ac sounds like helicopters . Caretaker was pathetic as well BIG NO to FabHotels.

*Location: After long journey to Goa you arrive your hotel just to get lost no proper direction & unaware front desk staff. Somehow if you reach location, you’ll know it’s not a hotel (as it’s categorized on booking apps) it’s a service apartment like 100 years old. *No LiFTs: climbs all the dirty & very unwell lit areas of this place. *NO proper AC: AC are older than your age which make sound so you can’t even sleep properly. *Fluctuating electricity: I almost got shock circuits while plugging my charger in socket. When you complain they say what can we do it’s under maintenance. *clueless staff: they are untrained, owner should take some responsibility to cater their guests. *No transportation: get your own vehicle coz no transportation apps such as ola uber. works here *advice to owner please take out your property from all the apps & spend some time & Money for maintenance.

I am disappointed with my stay at FabHotel Prime Emerald Highland, Candolim. Here are the key highlights of my experience: Hotel Condition: The building and rooms appear to be several decades old. There are no lift facility in this property. The staircase was dirty and seemed to have gone weeks without cleaning, and overall the property is poorly maintained. Parking and Room Maintenance: Car parking posed a significant challenge; I often struggled to find a spot upon returning from daily excursions. The room cleaning staff were unprofessional, entering with dirty footwear. When I requested cleaning services, they left without attending to the bathroom or toilet, claiming they had completed the task. Room Amenities: The furniture in the room was old and stained, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The air conditioner was noisy and lacked adjustable settings, which made sleeping difficult. There was no water heater in the bathroom; after multiple requests, I was provided with an electric coil for heating water—an unsafe method. Basic toiletries and toilet tissue rolls were not provided. Complimentary Breakfast Breakfast service was consistently delayed, requiring guests to wait. There were no Breakfast spread, instead, English breakfast (bread and eggs) and one Indian item like poha, paratha, and puri were served on different days. The egg dishes were overly salty and inedible. Positive Aspects: Wi-Fi - The Wi-Fi in the room was reliable. Front Desk Staff: The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Candolim Beach. Overall, my experience at FabHotel Prime Emerald Highland was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.

Its Not Look like Google Map photos, Swimming pools not working, All Building are worst..No Lifts, No Response for Food, Rooms and Bathroom are Dirty.. Better to check before booking..

I strongly advise against booking a stay at any FabHotel. Most of the positive reviews here appear to be fake, likely posted to artificially inflate the overall rating—they are far from reflecting the actual experience. I originally booked a different FabHotel through Expedia and paid for it over a month in advance. When I arrived, the reception was unstaffed, and there were loud construction noises. After some time, a staff member who spoke only Hindi approached me and handed me a phone number. When I called, I was informed that the hotel I had booked was closed, and I had been internally rebooked to another FabHotel. However, there was no assistance offered on how to reach the new location, leaving me to walk for 25 minutes under the scorching sun with two suitcases. When I finally arrived at the reassigned hotel, "FabHotel Prime Emerald Highland," the reception there had no knowledge of my rebooking. After a quick phone call and showing my booking confirmation, they assigned me a room. The hotel was in disrepair—partially resembling an unfinished construction site and, in some areas, a junkyard (see photos). The pool was green and clearly neglected, making swimming there impossible. The room itself was completely rundown and unacceptable. Fortunately, Expedia was able to help later that evening and moved me to a proper hotel. My advice: Opt for international hotel chains with established standards to avoid such unpleasant surprises. Unfortunately, situations like this are not uncommon in India. Paying a bit more for safety, cleanliness, and reliable quality is well worth it.
