We stayed at YOYO Vagator Staycation recently. The location is good and rooms were generally clean. However, housekeeping needs improvement. The linens did not feel fresh, bed sheets had visible wear, and the glasses were not properly cleaned (had lipstick marks). With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this place has good potential for a comfortable stay.
Nice hotel equipped with all modern amenities. All necessary items were thoughtfully provided, ensuring a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and pleasant. The staff were extremely cooperative, courteous, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was good, fresh, and tasty, with a decent variety to suit different preferences. Overall, it was a peaceful, enjoyable, and value-for-money stay. Highly recommended.
All the staffs were very supportive and good. Feel free to check in like your home. I'm greatful to check in to this guest house
Simple hotel without any frills, not very expensive. Parking space available in the lane.
All the hotel facilities are good. Price is also reasonable But a little outside of main city. Overall it's good for staying.
Very bad facilities. The rooms are not cleaned, the bed sheets are not washed. I stayed for 6 days but got bored and the TV is not working.
Do not book this hotel. I booked and paid in full through an online platform, but upon arrival, the staff refused to honor the reservation, claiming they 'don't do online check-ins.' This is a blatant lie as they are actively listed and accepting payments online. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and aggressive when I showed them my receipt. I was left stranded without a room despite having paid. They are essentially stealing money from travelers. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to lose your money and be insulted by the staff."
Didn't get my room on time... Room was so conjucted.. Not working shower & tap is broken.. We are gone for honeymoon but it is worse experience... And morning breakfast is terrible.. Only bread jam and puri sabji and egg... And powder based tea... Please guy don't waste your money here...
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL THAT IS 3.5KM. FULL OF FRAUDSTERS WHO WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Made booking via booking.com and paid full Rs. 8,002.55 for 4 nights. Went to check in and was told that they don't accept online bookings and don't work work booking.com. But as a goodwill gesture can 'upgrade' our stay and put us in another hotel 3.5km away. So wait - so you did have the booking and have received the booking money, but didn't want to check us in at the hotel? Make it make sense!!!! We chose this hotel due to its proximity to work. Worst service and BS excuses.
The person named Rajesh at the reception was very rude and showed attitude. The electricity of the entire hotel was not there for more than 2 hours.
