    "Very bad experience in my whole travel life .. very bad behaviour by hotel staff . Asking extra money for everything .very bad and horrible experience . Plzz block this property otherwise it will help you to lose all fab hotel dignity . Hotel staff charge money for half ltr water botel don't book this property plzz ."

    "Room was small and dark at night. No service. Not even a electric kettle in the room. In house restaurant brought 2 cups of milk tea when we specifically asked for 2 raw teas. Also, this fab hotel was not my choucey, suddenly it got allocated on the booking day morning"

Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

    "The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

    "Worst expirence ever, urine ordour room. And they charged 400 extra for my co-occupant before check out, which they failed to mention during check in. Staff thretend us to pay the extra amount before checkout. The room is also in poor state, with very bad urine odour coming out, bed also had hair from previous customers."
