The rooms are okay but the bed sheets are not clean and the pillows are not clean either. There are bed bugs in the bed sheets. I couldn't sleep at night because of their bites. I've booked 2 rooms and arrived at 7pm, hotel staff were not prepared with room entries keys they took 15 min to settle the formalities. Extremely Dissarisfied . Reception and room service is very bad . Breakfast told to be included but they ordered 50 Rs idali loke dish . No and stuff provided in room like warm water , good quality towels . Room cleaning is very average level . Respectio staff is very irresponsible .
