About Kokapet, Hyderabad

Located about 20 km from the heart of the city, Kokapet is a neighbourhood in the outskirts of Hyderabad. It lies about 5 km away from Nanakramguda Financial District and gives easy access to HITEC City, one of the major IT hubs in the region. Kokapet is a designated Special Economic Zone and the Telangana Government has plans to develop it into an integrated township over the next few years. All these factors have made Kokapet a much sought-after real estate and commercial hotbed, especially for the IT crowd. The area is also a preferred choice of business travellers and there is a good range of hotels in Kokapet that cater to their accommodation needs. The neighbourhood enjoys good connectivity with many localities in the region as well as the international airport in Hyderabad, thanks to the Outer Ring Road that passes through it. Kokapet is located about 30 km away from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport while the nearest major railhead is Kachiguda Railway Station (22 km).     "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
