It's in a good location. The food was good. Room service is excellent. The breakfast buffet could have been better with more options.

No working TV , not repaired secondly Kettle for hot water not cleaned inside as sludge formation was there while heating.

The rooftop room wall had severe water damage and dampness. Paint was actively peeling and flaking off, landing all over our belongings and the bottom of the bed. Fortunately, none of it fell directly onto us while we were sleeping, but it made for an incredibly uncomfortable and concerning stay. Management urgently needs to fix this issue.

Insects and bed bugs , staff is very irresponsible, owner is very rude and asked to leave the room and get lost,owner shouts like anything ,water leakage from AC, water clogging in the bathroom,

Worst experience with customer support staff and hotel person didn't allow me saying it's an low price I can't allow. I waited 1hr 30 mins in lobby the customer support didn't respond fast took 1hr 30 mins to solve my problem

I was denied check in in the hotel which I booked. I was transferred to another hotel which was way far off, no breakfast and no restaurants or eateries near the place.

I opted for a family room and washrooms were stinky and white stains all over the bathroom . Flush buttons itself is not there . Toiletery kit was not provided too. Tv is not in working condition when requested for service after refund of amount then all of a sudden they shifted to different room . Situation is not different. Owner is not even looking after is what , maintenance is at worst . I have pictures of everything. Now I came to feeling that fabhotel is no different to 1000 rs OYO hotel just a name changes . Unnecessarily amount is wasted as I have booked in advance for two days . Only best is the location which is walkable to offices and a good restaurant beside .
