Kokapet is a designated Special Economic Zone and the Telangana Government has plans to develop it into an integrated township over the next few years. All these factors have made Kokapet a much sought-after real estate and commercial hotbed, especially for the IT crowd. The area is also a preferred choice of business travellers and there is a good range of hotels in Kokapet that cater to their accommodation needs. The neighbourhood enjoys good connectivity with many localities in the region as well as the international airport in Hyderabad, thanks to the Outer Ring Road that passes through it. Many tourist attractions including Osman Sagar Lake and Mrugavani National Park are in proximity to Kokapet, making it a favourite with tourists looking for hotels in Hyderabad.

We stayed at pride inn madhapura from 23rd to 25th August 2025. It is just a 5 mins tuktuk ride to the visa application centre, restaurants and coffee shops. 45-50 mins to the Airpor. The staff is excellent, very helpful. The hotel could spend a bit more on hygiene of the rooms, bathroom and restaurant. That will make it 5*
First of all I didn't received any breakfast for which I have paid.
Stayed for 4D, 3N. Budget wise the room was okay. Service and quality of room was under average. Room walls, floors, linens, bathrooms, looked dirty. Wash basin tap broken, lot of ladies hairs. Location is good. Property is good. But poor maintenance. Requested for change of rooms. They denied cordially sighting occupancy. But was surprised when checked in FabHotel app, there were few available. I didn't opt for room with breakfast. I was disappointed with Fabhotel customer support system this time. Couldn't cancel the booking in mid of stay and book another premise since had paid up entire amount in advance.
The guy sat on reception had lot of attitude and was a bit rude in talking also...
“A Masterclass in Hospitality – If You’re Studying What Not to Do” If you’re tired of clean rooms, friendly staff, and basic human hygiene standards, this is the perfect hotel for you. Where do I begin? Maintenance here is clearly on vacation – maybe permanently. The rooms gave off a strong “we stopped caring years ago” vibe, and the cleaning staff must be part-time magicians because they somehow managed to disappear every day. Daily cleaning? Good luck. It’s more of a DIY situation. The staff were impressively unhelpful – a true commitment to doing the bare minimum, with a sprinkle of passive-aggressive charm. Need hot water? Just ask 3-4 times, wait patiently, and maybe sacrifice a goat, and you might get lukewarm success. And checkout time? Don’t even think about staying an extra minute. Unlike hotels like Novotel or Taj that understand the concept of grace time, this place treats 11:01 AM like a crime scene. I’m surprised they didn’t call security. All in all, if you’re looking for an experience that lowers your standards in life, you’ve found your winner.
Just to highlight: there parking is in basement and the ramp is so steep that u will feel ur car will turn upside down. And if ur car is loaded and slightly weak engine and may be ur car will get stuck in parking. Staff was also not cooperating
If zero star, than I have given zero star. Bedsheets were worn out dirty. Room was smelling. No water in bathroom. Spider web and cockroaches are guest before you. No tea facility. No one to take your luggage.
