About Kokapet, Hyderabad

Located about 20 km from the heart of the city, Kokapet is a neighbourhood in the outskirts of Hyderabad. It lies about 5 km away from Nanakramguda Financial District and gives easy access to HITEC City, one of the major IT hubs in the region. Kokapet is a designated Special Economic Zone and the Telangana Government has plans to develop it into an integrated township over the next few years. All these factors have made Kokapet a much sought-after real estate and commercial hotbed, especially for the IT crowd. The area is also a preferred choice of business travellers and there is a good range of hotels in Kokapet that cater to their accommodation needs. The neighbourhood enjoys good connectivity with many localities in the region as well as the international airport in Hyderabad, thanks to the Outer Ring Road that passes through it. Many tourist attractions including Osman Sagar Lake and Mrugavani National Park are in proximity to Kokapet, making it a favourite with tourists looking for hotels in Hyderabad.

How to Reach Kokapet

Kokapet is located about 30 km away from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport while the nearest major railhead is Kachiguda Railway Station (22 km). Cabs and pre-booked taxis are the easiest ways to reach your Hyderabad hotels in Kokapet from these transportation hubs. The locality doesn’t have MMTS or metro connectivity as yet; the nearest MMTS station is in Lingampally (13 km) while the nearest metro access point is in HITEC City (14 km). Basic amenities were also not promptly provided, reflecting an overall lack of attention to ensuring guest comfort."

    "This hotel has got two names the other one is SS In serving as OYO, what much do you expect from a hotel like this, tere are numerous small cockroach in the room, tv was not working, garbage are scattered in the lobby area, Swiggy Zomato delivery boy are entering inside the hotel without any time restriction, they even called us ringing the bell around 12:30 in the night. Worst experience"

    "All over india i visited a lot of fab hotels but this is the worst ever experience i had worst staff not even educated and not even polite to the customers the rooms are unhygienic, wash rooms are not even cleaned, beds are with unwashed bedsheets, and whole night there is no water in room when we asked the staff they will not even responded and shouted on the customers very rudely. NOTE. it is mentioned as fab hotel but it is combined with oyo aswell which is the worst part for family stay in notice they mentioned as no alcohol and no smoking but they are allowing the partys inside the hotel."

Whether its calling me about 100 times asking for advance payment after offering a "no prepayment required" booking is not appreciated. It is also very sad they you removed "breakfast" from booking while my original booking did confirm that it was included. I have no words to even describe the level of dishonesty that was displayed here."
