About Kokapet, Hyderabad

Located about 20 km from the heart of the city, Kokapet is a neighbourhood in the outskirts of Hyderabad. It lies about 5 km away from Nanakramguda Financial District and gives easy access to HITEC City, one of the major IT hubs in the region. Kokapet is a designated Special Economic Zone and the Telangana Government has plans to develop it into an integrated township over the next few years. All these factors have made Kokapet a much sought-after real estate and commercial hotbed, especially for the IT crowd. The area is also a preferred choice of business travellers and there is a good range of hotels in Kokapet that cater to their accommodation needs. The neighbourhood enjoys good connectivity with many localities in the region as well as the international airport in Hyderabad, thanks to the Outer Ring Road that passes through it.
