The perfect place from which to explore Hyderabad. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back. The positive point of staying at this hotel is in-house restaurant is available here. So, no need to search for food outside the hotel. Thanks for making our stay happy .

I enjoyed my seven night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport. The staff were friendly,and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!

I had an awesome experience here at this Fabhotel Arastu plaza! The receptionists, particularly Fazal was so sweet to talk to and told me many things about here. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant next to the hotel. The other staffs were also really nice people. Felt a 100% hospitality!!

Although property is a little inside and approach not so good they have a huge area and the rooms are simply good, very spacious and well provided. Their contact number was not displaying in booking.com site and can be difficult to locate the first time.

This property does not match Fab standards. It does not have a FabExpress signboard as shown in the photo. The building is old; while they do provide clean rooms and decent service, the interiors are not up to the mark. I was asked to pay ₹300 for early check in but I refused as it was mentioned complementary in booking. It would be great if the offer is clearly explained to the property manager or office

The room was filled with cockroaches and was completely unsanitary. When requested to bring the roach spray the hotel staff ignore us. The walls were damp and falling off. The bedding was dirty and unsuitable to sleep in.

Room and washroom was very dirty, Basic animity like drinking water, towel , handwash, sope not available in the room, staff is not co operative. I request multipal time for towel and sope but they are not provided. Room are very congested also . TV AVAILABLE BUT WITHOUT REMOTE, LANLINE PHONE NOT WORKING.

Booked for 4 nights but had to vacate after one night, bcoz it was an unpleasant stay and rooms were not like the picture given in site..an old dilapidated property...completely cheated by fab hotels
