It was a nice experience to stay. Neat and clean rooms, polite and helpful staff. Chappan dukan is at walkable distance. Recommendation - Should provide toiletries, hand wash, dental & shaving kit, as travellers expects in this cost.

The Location of the hotel is great. And the rooms are decent just that the closet was a bit dirty and the water was leaking in it. The little bit of maintenance can make the hotel look lavish. Overall Good Experience. Please keep room freshener or something at the reception as it smells when we enter because there’s common toilets nearby.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night stay here. Rooms were clean and decent. Except that few electric ports were not working which was minor issue. Hot water was instant available in bathroom. Food ordered was good in taste and quick check in was done at reception based on our request as we had long journey and were really tired and exhausted.

Had a decent experience here. Booked for a single night stay with my parents, but they didn’t have a set up comprising 3 beds, and provided with extra mattress later but that wasn’t informed prior or while making the booking. Breakfast was average, not much options. Rooms could’ve been cleaner!

After my stay, I checked other guest reviews and noticed that many people have already reported similar issues. Like them, I am also leaving this review — although based on previous responses, I expect that I will probably just receive a standard “sorry for the inconvenience” reply without any real improvement. While booking online, the room was clearly shown as a single bed room on the booking site. However, at the time of check-in, the hotel staff informed me that my booking was actually for a twin-bed room and asked me to pay extra charges. Since I had no other option at that moment, I had to pay the additional amount. To make things worse, I was allotted a room on the 3rd floor, and directly above my room was the hotel kitchen. There was continuous noise from kitchen operations until around 12 AM, making it impossible to rest properly. When I raised this issue at the reception, I was told that noise is unavoidable because orders keep coming. Early in the morning, the same kitchen noise started again. So proper rest was simply not possible. The bathroom facilities were also below standard. There was no exhaust fan. Only two small shampoo sachets, one basic handwash soap, and very limited toiletries were provided. There was no proper shower gel provided either. Basic bathroom amenities and maintenance were clearly lacking. The furniture looked old and outdated, giving the feeling of staying in a poorly maintained property. Additionally, the hotel is located on a busy road, and vehicle noise continues throughout the night, making peaceful sleep very difficult. Overall, not recommended if you are looking for comfort and a peaceful stay. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Families My experience at this hotel was quite poor and disappointing. The response from the staff was extremely cold and unwelcoming. Most of the time, there was no one available at the reception to attend to guests. This made even basic requests inconvenient and frustrating. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of an unattractive commercial complex, and the only access is via a lift from the ground floor, which does not create a good first impression. The rooms are just about okay, nothing exceptional. However, basic amenities were missing: No kettle in the room Only one towel provided No toiletries What made things worse is that the geyser and AC are controlled from the reception. You have to request them to switch it on — but since no one is usually present at reception, this becomes a major inconvenience. Although a notice at reception clearly states that outside food is not allowed, there was hardly anyone in the kitchen to serve food promptly. Tea was acceptable, but the food quality was poor. Overall, this hotel is definitely not suitable for family travel. I would strongly advise others to look for better options. A big NO from my side.

Hi , Im Dheeraj My experience was terrible in this hotel . First of all NO toiletries in the wash room despite asking too they gave us one towel and it was the roughest towel in the world But the service was even worse they charged me money for my two kids even though i mentioned it in my MakeMyTrip booking. And after that when I asked for a extra mattress for the kids. The charged me Rs.500 Who charges that then when i got the mattress they were saying that I Did’nt pay How would they give me the mattress if I didnt pay.

The Hotel is running under the brand of FabHotel... the hotel dont have the required facilities. Once power cut there is no option for even to charge a mobile phone. Hot water also not available once the power cut. They dont provide water with complementary breakfast. The breakfast is as per the hotel's choice. FabHotel must review if the hotel maintain the minimum standards. The online booking platforms also check before suggesting such hotel. Its very disappointing. One check out you need to come down through stairs with your own luggage.
