My recent stay at the Imperial Regency in Indore surpassed all my expectations and left me with a truly delightful experience that I will cherish for a long time. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by an exemplary sense of hospitality. The reception desk staff were extraordinarily courteous and efficient,ensuring that my check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. They took the time to provide me with detailed information about the hotel's facilities and amenities, leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its exquisite decor that exuded an aura of elegance and charm. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving no corner untouched in terms of aesthetics. The king-sized bed provided a level of comfort that ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. I was particularly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which spoke volumes about the hotel's commitment to maintaining the highest standards. The attentive and friendly service of the staff further enhanced the overall dining experience, making it truly enjoyable and memorable. The strategic location of the hotel added another layer of convenience to my stay. Its proximity to the city center like railway station and bus stop and major attractions made it effortless for me to explore the vibrant culture of Indore. However, what truly set the Imperial Regency apart from other hotels was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel like a truly valued guest, and their eagerness to assist with any queries or concerns made my stay all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, my stay at the Imperial Regency was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel rooms are good for the price. Spacious and very clean. The location is also on the main road and nearby to both 56 dukaan street and sarafa market. The staff is also helpful. Would recommend for family also.

Room was not cleaned especially bathroom. Room size so small, towel was not usable. No food services available in the hotel. Entry from ground to hotel is very poor. Staff behaviour was good. Communication system is very poor after booking the room, no one ready to respond on WhatsApp, mail and contact number mentioned on site is wrong. Mail reply was we will respond you in 48 hours when coustomer left hotel in 24 hours . I recommend to not book this hotel even not through fab chain.

What was good : Only location nothing else. What was bad : Worst hotel I stayed, no facility at all, I wonder how this hotel is rated 3 star. It's not even single star. Let me tell you about this hotel. Location is good but hotel is highly over rated and nowhere near 3 star. I have more complaint against Booking.com through which I booked this hotel. I was charged more then the published tariff of the hotel which was displayed at the hotel. Now what are the issues: 1. Toilet seat was broken. Commode was too dirty and brownish. 2. No 24 hrs hot water. They ask you to tell them when you need hot water during the day. They will then switch on central geyser. So you wait till you get hot water. 3. Wi-Fi is free but unless you ask they won't give password. 4. Newspaper is free but they won't give in the morning. 5. I have booked 2 rooms with breakfast but they said my booking is not showing breakfast included in their software. I showed them my email of booking with breakfast. They asked me to talk to Booking.com which I refused and asked them to talk rather or else accept my email. They allowed to have breakfast ultimately. 6. Next day they said we can have buffet breakfast. Only 3 items in breakfast, room had only chairs but no table to keep plates while having breakfast. First time seen such a room. The pictures they show on site are for the restaurant but not where breakfast is served. 7. Hotel charged Rs. 4,962/- for one day for 3 occupancy room. I booked 3 bed room but they gave only mattress without bed. 8. Hotel charged for 2nd room for two guests for two days Rs. 5,850/- all these are much higher then their published rates. 9. On first day they told us that they will serve breakfast in our room (first after refusing to give as our name didn't appear) since they didn't have any other guest in hotel except us or may be 1 or 2 more. 10. This hotel is not worth more then 1500/- type. Don't book Breakfast at all as it's just for name sake 3 items. I am disappointed with Booking.

I am not satisfied with you , because in I have already clear you that i will reach hotel early morning 6.30 to 7.0 there will be no extra charges , then hotel manager have extra charge for early check in . Always clear talk with customer, don't do business of you want cheat customer

Room was not as expected, ac water was leaking inside room and flooded in room. Size was too small for 3 person. Extra bedding was smelling . House keeping staff came after 2 pm for cleaning. Balcony was too dirty and too much dust was there. Only 3 shampoo pouch 1rs. each and 3 tiny size soap was provide as toiletries. no brush / toothpaste was there. Only 1 water bottle provided for whole 2 night stay.

The rooms were not clean. Everywhere dust. The balcony was too dirty. Food was ok and not hygienic. Not that many options. Room service was not that quick. You need to remind multiple times. No parking space available for the car. You need to park on the road or near bank parking.
