I had booked this hotel room with complimentary breakfast included. However, I was not provided breakfast. The staff informed me that breakfast is served only at 10:30 AM. I had to leave for my office at 10:00 AM, so I could not avail the breakfast. If breakfast is included in the booking, there should be reasonable timing for guests who need to leave early. This was disappointing and inconvenient. Please ensure proper communication and flexibility for business travelers.

I booked Fab hotel Bohra International, Jaipur for 4 days and 3 nights through Booking.com, after carefully reviewing all the details and amenities listed on the platform. Unfortunately, my actual experience was completely contrary to what was advertised, leading to significant disappointment and inconvenience. Upon arrival, I was shocked to see that none of the facilities mentioned on Booking.com were provided. The room size was extremely small, and the bed was queen-sized, whereas the listing clearly mentioned a king-sized bed. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, basic toiletries were not provided at all. Additionally, the photographs shown on the platform depicted spacious rooms with a sofa, tea table, and kettle, but none of these amenities were present. The bathroom was in very poor condition and had leakage issues, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. I immediately requested a room change or an upgrade, but the hotel manager refused outright, behaved aggressively, and spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner. I was asked to contact Fab hotel support instead. However, when I tried reaching Fab hotel customer care, the assistance number was non-functional, especially when selecting the option for help with an ongoing booking. I then contacted Booking.com customer support. Although the executive understood my concern, I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes while she attempted to contact the hotel, after which the call was disconnected without any resolution or follow-up. Since the entire payment had already been made, I had no option but to continue my stay, despite the distress and dissatisfaction. To add to the experience, when I ordered hot tea on the second day, it was served cold and of extremely poor quality. On the last day of my stay, another family checked in and faced the same misleading issues, which clearly indicates that this is a recurring problem and not an isolated incident. This experience reflects misleading advertising, poor service standards, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior, which is deeply concerning. I strongly urge the higher authorities to investigate this matter, take corrective action, and ensure that such discrepancies and treatment of guests are not repeated in the future.

The worst experience I had in this hotel.. TV is there, but not working. AC is available, but not working. WiFi is available, but not working. Hot water hitter working condition. No space for walk in the room. No window, full suffocating. In addition, cigarate smell will be there for whole day... Better to stay in different hotel, I would suggest.

Very disappointing stay. The room was unhygienic with stained and torn bedsheets. It did not match the pictures shown online. Even after requesting a change, the staff refused, saying the bedsheet was already changed. As per MMT, early check-in was allowed if the room was available, but despite reaching at 7:30 am and being shown the same room, we were asked to pay extra or come only after 12 pm. We were not even allowed to wait at the hotel. The staff was impolite and unprofessional. The room was very small, poorly ventilated, suffocating, had cockroaches, and the dustbin was not cleaned. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Posting this while staying in room. Worst Experience. Hotel deliberately didn't provide the room that was booked (Deluxe Room). They provided the entitled room to others and refused to provide the booked room. Receptionist throws me gunda tantrums and threatens to not post the review. Bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom not cleaned. There was dampness in walls and as the bed was attached with wall there was not room to sleep comfortably. The photos attached while booking the room were completely different and what was provided was completely opposite. The blanket was smelling and was not washed. This hotel is meant for everyday travellers coming from Railway Station. The receoptionist have paid compensation from Taxi owners and thus they do not want to heed the online bookings done from various portals. They provide sub standard rooms to online bookings Ambience : You can hear the noises in narrow lanes of hotel. You will feel you are standing inside a local market. If you are tired post travelling and looking for a place for a good night sleep then you should strictly avoid this hotel. Hygiene : Attached photos of mosquitoes and cockroaches roaming aeound freely in the room and bed Asbolutely Not worth the money

Took early chekin charges of 400 for 2 rooms also not gvn bill for that. I booked 2 delux a/c rooms one room I got was small an other one big. In one room bed size also small. I expected room will be attached to each other but I got room with much distance from each other. In room shits of pigeon where there doors of wardrobe are broken and only one side door is there fans are not cleaned for months so much dust on it. Water geyser not available. They provided rod for that. Iron and iron board also not available in both rooms. Hair dryer also not available. Service of breakfast is also late. Very pathetic experience. Towels where not provided in both rooms.

Don't even think of booking this Hotel as a lot went wrong during our 3 day stay at this hotel. On the day of our check in, they cancelled our prepaid booking done via Fab hotel saying they were expecting the hotel owner's personal guests. When we complained to Fab hotel, the executive communicated to the owner that they will have to pay double the penalty for our total booking (12k Rs ) to the fab hotel if they don't accept our booking. That's when we were allotted a room. We were sitting clueless at the reception for 3 hours till check in. Secondly, the room they allotted us only had one ceiling light working out of 4 and no windows. Literally my wife had to do make up using flash light in front of mirror. When we complained, they denied to our face and on the contrary they asked us to manage saying no electricians would be available because of Sunday and Christmas. They even refused to shift us to another room the next day. Thirdly, the room had a lot of mosquitoes. When we requested a mosquito repellent saying they denied saying they don't provide that. I purchased the same from a local pharmacy. This is basic hygiene stuff that even third class hotels provide when there are no windows in the room. The washroom didn't had any ventilation or exhaust fan to keep odour away. It was really suffocating if the washroom was to be used subsequently. We frequently book from properties suggested by Fab Hotels but after this incident we would definitely seek other mediums. Since we were on budget and the hotel was nearby railway station we opted for it. Hotel Horrible. Thanks for nothing.
