Very poor service and condition of the room. The room was very dirty. The sheets on the bed had not been changed and had food on them so we had to ask the staff to change them. The pillows were old and smelt bad. Lots of ants and bugs in the room. AC but they refuse to give you the remote so you can't control the temperature / settings. They hadn't topped up the wifi so this didn't work. It took 24 hours until they finally fixed the wifi. They only fixed it after I said I wanted a discount then suddenly 20 mins later it was fixed. Staff have no interest in good customer service and just sleep on the sofas in reception. Would be acceptable if the hotel was cheap but at 1200 a night this is very disappointing.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I had already made an online payment through the official Fab Hotels website before arriving, but the receptionist, Parveen Kumar, refused to acknowledge the booking and demanded a higher cash payment instead. This amount was significantly more than what I had paid online, and I have not received any refund for the original transaction. On top of that, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay even worse. I strongly advise others not to visit this hotel, and I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this unacceptable behavior and service.
Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.
The behaviour of the reception is very bad they Did not provide soad no room service tell them our man is in leave you have toh collect things from reception bed was very unfortable mattresses are cut ac was not even working properly even the washroom lock was broken walls are dirty toilet seat pipe was broken sawar was missing only the pipe is there when we tell to change our room they said our all rooms are full but in that floor only one room is occupied no other guests are there in. That floor ( i know this because door of other room is open for show casing their rooms) very bad experience. Liers even the location was not good
Pathetic Experience – Not Even Worth 5 Minutes! This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The pictures on the website and MMT are completely misleading. In reality, the bedsheets were stained, the room and washroom reeked, and even the lift had a terrible smell. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming—didn’t feel like a guest at all. It felt like a third-class lodge, definitely not suitable for a decent stay. I checked out within 5 minutes. This place seems like it’s only meant for OYO crowd or locals. Please don’t fall for the fake good reviews—I’m certain most of them are posted by staff or their friends. Save your time, money, and peace. Not recommended at all.
These guys are very unprofessional, they send a link in your phone and ask you to share the phone so they fill 5 star ratings from your phone.. I just saw them doing the same so i snatched it away from his hand. When we ask him he says it is what the “Manager” told them to do.. And we also saw the message send by the manager asking for the ratings to be filled 5 star.. The bathrooms are not cleaned and towels are dirty.. Totally disappointed with the services. They don’t have a lift but a guy can help you bringing your luggage up to 2nd floor. Don’t go by the rating because it’s not filled by the person itself.
We have confirmed booking of 3 rooms in this hotel after full payment online, when we reached to this hotel around 11:30 PM, fully tired along with 3 small kids and one senior citizen after driving thorough out the day from manali to Zirakpur. The receptionist told me no room is available and he told me that it is my fault that before booking rooms i have not called him. After half an hour he told me he has rooms but he will charge almost triple. Receptionist is very rude and greedy. We have returned from there and raised complaint on booking website then booking website provided other property.
Hotel is new but they don't know how this industry works. Booked room with them in emergency. Location is hard to find. The receptionist girl has so much attitude don't know how to talk when i asked for towel and soap she clearly said that we don't have towels as laundry will come in morning and did not provide the soap. Charged extra for water bottle. Ac was not working properly. There was smell in the water in washroom. It was nightmare to live for a night. Never ever book room with them. One can book 3 star hotels at same price at same Location
Actual rooms don't match the picture as shown on Google , the location of the property is missing over Expedia n other platforms , The name Fab is not used on the branding , only written black diamond hotel . washroom was clean , the door locks were broken , and there were too many cockroaches in the room, Bed sheet n pillow were not that white sheets dirty a bit , I asked to change directly, said yeah hi h jo hai , lighting in room for not Bright enough , reusable slippers were not dere , wooden flooring was making bubble sound
