Torn towel was supplied, no security was there even there was nobody during checkout. No reception phone number was there. Personal numbers displayed not picked. I had to leave room key at reception and signed in hotel register during checkout at 8:50 am as my train was scheduled.

I stayed at this hotel two days ago with my family. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There is no cleanliness at all, and hygiene standards are very bad. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty. When I asked the staff to change them, they initially refused and only changed them after a heated argument. This is a very bad hotel and I strongly do not recommend staying here. The TV was not working, and the geyser was also not working.

It was really bad experience. No phone working , no TV working , we had booked 3 rooms . Nun of the room geaser was working . I was having small child age of 3 and 2 and was not able to make them bath . Even I have washed my head with cold water before I go to relatives home in this gold temperature outside . Too much bad experience and will not book in future with fab hotels . Only food was fresh and ok .

Poor service, management was not upto the mark very unhygienic, and bad oder in the room. If you are booking this hotel I would suggest that first check the room and services then go. Please keep this your last preference if you visiting to the location.

Room size could be manageable but the maintainance of the room was not up to the mark. Bedsheets blankets were not clean, washrooms was messed up.. the owner should take care of cleanliness so they won't get such ratings again.

VERY BAD Experience!! Reception is very bad. Their response is awful. Bedsheet, towel and geysers nothing is working well. Especially the reception guys are terrible. Though the hotel is good but the things are bad. I suggest NOT to pick this hotel. Instead you can choose other good hotels nearby. I booked for two days initially. Due to their negligible response, I cancelled for one day. Terrible! Horrible! #Not worth #Avoid.

WORST STAY EVER. I don't normally leave reviews but i feel it's my duty to warn other Travellers so that they do not get scammed. When we arrived, we were taken to a room. For the first time in all my life, i saw cockroaches swarming the room and bugs crawling the bed. The manager simply stamped on one of cockroaches that didn't flee and said here is your room. We asked for another room and were sent to an even dirtier room. Spits and hair all around. Then finally a semi-decent room was given but the TV didn't work and at that point that wasn't even a problem. We had booked for 2 days and wanted to change booking to 1 day but Fab Hotel refused even after showing proof of the room condition.We asked for water and we asked for tea but nothing came. We ended up leaving the next morning even though we HAD TO PAY for two nights. Please avoid. Stay on the road instead if you must.

Staff behaviour is too bad..! I recently stayed at Hotel HC Mohali Inn for a family trip, and it was a terrible experience. The accessibility was poor, making it hard to reach the hotel. The food was sub-standard, lacking flavor and quality. Additionally, the hotel is poorly connected to nearby attractions, making our stay even more frustrating. I booked online expecting better but left disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel for leisure stays!

Hotel is new but they don't know how this industry works. Booked room with them in emergency. Location is hard to find. The receptionist girl has so much attitude don't know how to talk when i asked for towel and soap she clearly said that we don't have towels as laundry will come in morning and did not provide the soap. Charged extra for water bottle. Ac was not working properly. There was smell in the water in washroom. It was nightmare to live for a night. Never ever book room with them. One can book 3 star hotels at same price at same Location
