    "The room was very small, and we checkout the next day after checking in as my partner couldnt even bear the smell and lack of cleanliness in the room. I couldnt even give 1 star itself!!! Looks like i wont even try fabhotels anymore!! Not even worth thr money!!! No proper cleaning!! The waste bin was still filled with even condom wraps,lot of dust, bathroom and room stinks, no proper airconditioning, i wont even prefer this to anyone and this is not even worth 1000rupees per night!! The worst stay i ever had in my life!!"

    "No towels, no breakfast provided, mats and rugs were soiled for years. I visited Mumbai for convention nesco. But It was really disappointing to see staff behavior and mistreatment of customers. The mattress was so cheap quality that you can feel the mattress springs making impressions and likely to get bed cramps in just few hours. You have very good location but I shall not dare to recommend to anyone. Note: I would likely give credit to hotel cleaning staff only , who have made the place little better"
