Hotel environment and staff was very good

Walking distance from Nagpur Railway station. Rooms are ok. Budget friendly , Front desk person was good as my check in was early morning at 4 am & he was very helpful.

This hotel is completely scam, we had booked 12 rooms for 3 days but at the time of check-in they refused that rooms are not available after that agreed to give 4 rooms and rooms are not clean, bedsheets having oil stain and 8 rooms in other hotel (Lodge) which is more pathetic, asked full payment in advance to hotel not at Feb, threaten to kick out guest in night, also in breakfast they severed Poha and tea where Feb charged us rs 400/-, I wish I can give negative rating.

Location from airport is quite ok. But no service facility. In most of the rooms there is no TV. Room is too congested. More serious issue is bathroom size is hardly 5x2.5 feet & very dirty. In the morning time I did not get water on the bathroom. Intercome of room is also not working so just think what would be my condition. No canteen facility is in the hotel. There was no almarah to put cloth and our belongings. Over all condition of the hotel is very pathetic.

Very bad state of rooms. Washrooms are pathetic- dirty and slippery, looked like it was not cleaned after the last guest vacated. Clumsy and shady passage to room. The place is definitely not as seen in pictures. Would never recommend this property.

Very poor facilities. These people wont even give basic hygiene facilities. Clogged bathrooms, no handwash, no bodywash, unsealed bislery water bottle. They will cheat you like anything. Worst hotel in the Nagpur.

The room appeared unkempt, which made it uncomfortable for me to stay. Lack of Hangers: There were no hangers available for my clothes, which caused inconvenience as I had to keep my clothes on a chair. Reckless Staff: I found the staff to be inattentive and unprofessional, which added to the overall dissatisfaction of my stay. Due to these issues, I stayed for only about 5 hours before deciding to check out. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the duration of my stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

It's a Really old property where all the walls have damping on it washrooms needs to be revamped, AC needs to be fixed, Mattress needs to be chaNged as the current ones springs are coming out.
