I am totally disappointed with my stay at this hotel because the online photos were misleading. The bathroom was not clean and poorly maintained, with issues such as broken doors, an unkempt toilet, and outdated interiors. The rooms and bathrooms had an old setup, making the stay uncomfortable. Although the hotel is near the railway station, it is located in an automobile-dominated area, making it difficult to find nearby restaurants. Additionally, the surrounding area was unclean.

During my stay on [Date], I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience: Unclean Room: The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. The room appeared unkempt, which made it uncomfortable for me to stay. Lack of Hangers: There were no hangers available for my clothes, which caused inconvenience as I had to keep my clothes on a chair. Reckless Staff: I found the staff to be inattentive and unprofessional, which added to the overall dissatisfaction of my stay. Due to these issues, I stayed for only about 5 hours before deciding to check out. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the duration of my stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Location from airport is quite ok. But no service facility. In most of the rooms there is no TV. Room is too congested. More serious issue is bathroom size is hardly 5x2.5 feet & very dirty. In the morning time I did not get water on the bathroom. Intercome of room is also not working so just think what would be my condition. No canteen facility is in the hotel. There was no almarah to put cloth and our belongings. Over all condition of the hotel is very pathetic.

My friend and are we denied our room after being asked why our castes dont match based on our last names, and that we would need to produce a marriage certificate to be allowed to stay at the property. how they have such a high rating is beyond me. it's 2024!!! what kind of guests is fabhotels worried about getting that you feel entitled enough to ask for this?! We were then informed that the property is owned by a doctor who "only allows married couples and families". PS. they've gone so far as to add this clause in their "fine print". If you're wondering how this would work with foreigners, simple. they dont allow foreigners!! Left us hanging high and dry at 11pm. Shame on you lot

Very bad state of rooms. Washrooms are pathetic- dirty and slippery, looked like it was not cleaned after the last guest vacated. Clumsy and shady passage to room. The place is definitely not as seen in pictures. Would never recommend this property.

Horrible experience at this hotel - The hotel did not honour online booking which was already paid. - Hotel assured parking but all they had was road parking with no security or cameras - We had booked 2 rooms, but upon reaching we were allotted only one room and the other was given to another couple for a few hours without any booking - After raising concern with the customer support we got a second room almost around midnight - Rooms were extremely dirty with used bedsheets - Cupboards had cockroach - Leaky washroom -Dirty dishes kept outside lift area Not going to book any hotels under FabHotels going forward.

Very poor facilities. These people wont even give basic hygiene facilities. Clogged bathrooms, no handwash, no bodywash, unsealed bislery water bottle. They will cheat you like anything. Worst hotel in the Nagpur.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the promise of an upgrade from a classic to a deluxe room, the reality was far from satisfactory. The room was infested with insects, which made our stay unbearable. Additionally, the lack of proper security with no functioning locks on the doors was a serious concern. The owner’s coordination was also poor, adding to the frustration. I strongly advise against staying here—don't be fooled by the photos on online I already uploaded the photo’s please check

I guess this is the worst hotel ever in my life.while booking they said they have parking and when I reached the hotel they told us they don't have parking inside the hotel you have to park on the road.and one of the most interesting part is they asked us to show marriage certificate because our sername was not matching so i told him that my wife also working in corporate and even though we have a kid of 5yrs.worst process ever..please improve your process.
