Had issues with the initial room booked.After several conversations over phone for more than 2 hrs, got this room upgraded. Service level should be improved a lot as putting the customer into trouble after a long travel is not appreciated.

There was a tariff issue from the F&B end; otherwise, the hotels location and hygiene were good.

Service was very worst. staff was very arrogant , aggressive and very argumentative. Better to stay away from such hotels.Not ready bto keep luggage .Asking to keep in lobby on our own responsibility.

- Good with friends only. - I can't recommend for family cause of no parking and inner location. - Manager was really helpful. - Rooms were clean and big. - Nearby gym was opened upto 10.00pm with loud music also people were drinking around the stairs there. Overall stay in case of emergency only.

Guy taking care is not supportive. Doesn't care about customer service he goes by his rule book. One of biggest red flag he was smoking green stuff. Room are not clean cigrate buds under bed and behind sofa. bathrooms are proper. Soap towels or any toiletries were not provided. Guys please don't book her its online scam ....

The room we received was completely different from what was shown in the images while booking. The AC was not working, and even after multiple requests to the staff, no action was taken. We ended up spending the night without AC, despite paying for it. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable — we woke up with back pain the next morning. Overall, the room service was poor and the staff was unresponsive. Definitely not worth the money and not a place I would recommend.

We had booked two rooms, and both were below expectations. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. In one room, the AC wasn’t working and despite repeated complaints, no action was taken. We had to sleep without AC even after paying for it. The beds in both rooms were extremely hard, and we woke up with back pain. The staff was unresponsive and the service was poor. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Booking & Rude Staff I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I booked the room online, the pictures and prices shown were completely different from what I got at check-in. The room I was promised was suddenly “unavailable,” and they gave me a much smaller room with a folding bed instead! To make things worse, they demanded extra money if I wanted the room I originally booked. The person who was coordinating with me from the hotel side conveniently switched off his phone when I tried contacting him. Extremely unprofessional behavior! The front desk staff were also very rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. No proper explanation, no apology—just attitude. This place is a scam. Avoid it if you don’t want to ruin your trip. Not worth the stress, money, or time.

The hotel looks nothing like in the photos. It is an old lodge and that too was locked when we went there. So we had to book another place instead

Terrible experience with FabHotels and Hotel Om Sai, Nasik Road. We had a confirmed booking with a clearly mentioned check-in time of 3:00 AM, as our train arrived at 2:50 AM. But when we reached the hotel, we were told no rooms were available—they were fully booked. We were left stranded at 4:00 AM in an unknown city with my wife, with no support or alternative provided. Fab Hotels customer care offered nothing but a casual apology and said they would process a refund. Shockingly, they cancelled the booking themselves and refunded less than half the amount paid. This is unacceptable, unsafe, and extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend booking through FabHotels again. If this is how they treat their customers in emergencies, they don’t deserve your trust.
