My personal experience is very good. All staff members is very cooperative and there service are also good. I definitely visit again here.
Very bad service Used bedsheets and blankets were provided. No hygiene maintained
There is no minus point otherwise i’ll give that rating….Pathetic experience. Room was not clean at the time of chekiy and they were not cleaning room every day. Bathroom is just like chawl bathroom. We stay for 7 days but they didn’t clean bathroom once in that day . We took package with breakfast they gave us only 2 biscuits and two cup of tea in breakfast which is of 200 rs in breakfast. Very very much disappointed and unsatisfied by there service
Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a room for my cousin and it was my biggest mistake. The pictures shown here are just misleading. Room is very dirty and bad. There is no key latch in the room. The staff is not even giving water bottle. I dont think this happens anywhere. If you continue to behave like this, your hotel will get closed. We are doing the full payment and this is the service you guys provide. Please please who so ever is coming to this area, never ever book this hotel. Its just waste of your money.
am writing to express my deep disappointment with the extremely unpleasant experience I had during my recent stay at FabHotel Urban Residency, New Delhi, under Booking ID: JVPCJ3. Upon arrival, I was appalled by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was made to wait unnecessarily at the reception with no explanation or courtesy. When I politely inquired about the delay, the receptionist curtly responded that I should “talk to Fab people” and stated that they were “not responsible for anything.” Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards FabHotels claims to uphold. As a guest, I expected basic courtesy and cooperation—neither of which were provided. Being forced to wait without any assistance or acknowledgment was not only frustrating but also embarrassing. I request you to take this matter seriously and investigate the incident. This experience has shaken my trust in FabHotels, and I hope corrective action will be taken against the concerned staff to prevent such incidents in the future.
Rats in the room, charged for room with breakfast, I was told we don't give breakfast. Instead of 2 days I checked out next day, my payment not refunded, will post on social media, play store, apple store, check out 19th early morning due to rats, I want my refund of 1 day.
I had an advance booking with FebExpress Roseman and had already paid ₹200. However, when I reached the hotel, the staff refused to give me a room and behaved very rudely. No one was willing to help or even speak properly. Then, I was redirected to another FabHotel at Gujranwala Town where I was forced to pay ₹1800 more. Even there, the room was in poor condition – dirty, not as shown in pictures, and with very rude staff again. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete scam. I would not recommend this hotel or FabHotels to anyone. Very unprofessional and misleading.
Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Stay Experience at Fab PP Residency I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Fab PP Residency as a solo female traveler. I had booked a room via an online platform using a temporary ID and paid the full amount upon arrival at hotel scanner. I reached the property at 9:30 AM, as I had important work scheduled by 10:30 AM. I requested early check-in, understanding that it may depend on availability. However, the staff asked me to wait in what can only be described as a cluttered, unsanitary storage room — where staff members were eating and garbage was piled. Feeling extremely uncomfortable, I chose to wait outside. After a long wait, even when rooms were ready, I was not provided with a clean or proper space to get ready. I was briefly given a ground-floor room where the electricity was not functioning due to MCB issues. I had to request repeatedly before they made any effort to address the issue. Eventually, I was asked to vacate that room, and my luggage was moved while I waited again. They temporarily offered me access to a different room to use the washroom — it was filthy and sandy. I explicitly informed the staff to arrange a clean and proper room before I returned. When I came back after two hours, a room was finally allotted. I used it for only 2–3 hours to freshen up and left without staying overnight due to how uncomfortable and unhygienic the room and surroundings were. The bed was uncomfortable and dirty. The washroom was in poor condition, and the entire atmosphere was dark, messy, and uninviting. The behavior of the receptionist and staff throughout was extremely unprofessional, lacking both basic hospitality and courtesy — especially unacceptable for solo female travelers. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I hope necessary action is taken to ensure no other guest goes through such a disappointing and distressing stay. Sincerely, Chitra
Disappointing stay with unclean rooms, unhelpful reception staff, and unchanged bedsheets despite multiple requests, further complicated by delays during check-in due to poor housekeeping.
