I stay in this hotel one month ago. on that time they told our accountant is not available. we will send gst bill tomorrow. as of now i have taken no of followup but they will responding. fraud

Hotel provided a wonderful experience with its warm hospitality, clean and well-designed rooms, and excellent service. the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. the ambiance was relaxing, and the food was delicious, adding to the overall satisfaction. a truly delightful stay!

The staffs are not friendly at all and it has probably the worst room service i’ve ever seen they don’t even clean the used rooms and has kept a small kid as a labour

This was my first experience staying in a fab hotel and it lived up to the expectations. from the check in process to the complete stay, everything was comfortable and the service was commendable. we had some issues with the running water but it was fixed at a moments notice. looking forward to staying here again soon. recommend

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
