    "It was my second booking from fab hotels app, my first booking experience with my friend was really awesome and long memorable, but my second visit at fabhotel was really worse. Firstly, when i reached the location i called the hotel's receptionist to assist me for my car parking, i waited almost 15minutes outside but no one came out to guide me for parking. Secondly, when i entered the hotel, the lady receptionist sitting there was not at all professional, sitting idle talking to waiter standing next to the counter. Before she confirming my booking i told her to give a good and hygiene room as i can't be in a dirty place. Then she alotted me a room at second floor. I was with my luggage, she handed over me the key and told me to go to my room, i got dissapointed that there is no single person who guide me and leave me to my room! I reached to alotted room by myself, as i opened the door, i saw the huge rat just jumping all over the bed. The room was really messy, dirty, with seepage on the floor, with a really bad ordor of cigarettes as someone had smoked in the room just before i reached there, the toilet was as dirty as hell as i have'nt seen in my entire life! I then instantly called the recepion to give me another room as the condition of this room is not atall healthy, she told me "bhaiya aap thori der wait kr lo koi room khali ni h jaise hi hoga mai apko inform kr dungi tab tak aap aaram kr lo"! WTF! who does that! I waited for next 10minutes then i decided to go back and get my money back and cancel my booking. I reached downstairs to reception, she was like showing me ki aap thori der ruk jate abhi koi room vacant ni hai. I said i would rather love to die but i cannot sit there for not even a single second. Within two minutes the another rooms was ready! Now how these rooms get vacant within seconds after i complained her! After all she went along with me to offer me another room at first floor. Afer showing the room, she said "sir ye room kaisa lga apko, aur iska toilet bhi dekh lo chamak(shine) raha h"!! Then i took the room. I took rest, then i connected my phone with wifi, it worked well. I was booking for my air tickets, when i was at payment mode then suddenly wifi stopped working. I called reception once,twice, thrice.....almost 5times but there was no response. When i called fab helpine number i registered my complaint there, then it suddenly started working. It worked well till 11:30pm but after it again stopped working. I called reception for almost 4 times again to get their wifi to work again but it havent worked at all till next morning 10:45AM. Now just think what i struggled there for one whole day! No professionalism, no regret, nothing at the time of check-out! Also during breakfast, they had only one item, chole bhature and poha, nothing else. I told waiter to give me boiled eggs, he said ki ni ho payega boiled egg, then i said to give me omelette, he had that! It means you can provide omelette to eat but you cannot give boiled egg! Else i ordered coffee along, it was also really awfull to drink in a dirty cup provided. Is it the way you treat your guests daily! "
