Absolutely pathetic service. The person at the reception has a massive ego—he acted as if he was doing us a huge favor by giving us a room. We are paying guests, yet we were treated with zero respect or manners. Unprofessional staff and a total waste of money. Avoid this place at all costs!
The service and invoice system is very poor. Even after multiple follow-ups they fail to share the bill/invoice. They themselves don’t know what “Service Fees” is in their own bill when I asked what the said charge is for. The toll free customer experience is also terrible. Will not recommend.
