Rooms shown on photos are different then actual room ...on asking then to provide room shown on photos, they clearly says we don't have this room...they are scammers...very little space in room...broken window latch... window dont have glass on it... anyone can peek into the room with full access....zero privacy very shady place...weird people are staying in it. overall not safe, not clean, not secure, please don't even consider.

I had a very bad experience with a fabhotel, i booked a fabhotel white elephant before 45days, booking was confirmed but they informed one day before , my booking was cancelled and give you another property, very bad experience , will never again book with fabhotel.

1. very little space in room 2. poor cleaning, everywhere cockroaches are there, i have changed 3 room just to see the cleaning but it's very poor. 3. they are not very polite and facilities are really very bad.

We have stayed here for more than a month. if you are looking for a place which is new and reasonably priced, i would recommend staying here. you will get all the facilities (ex: hospital pickup/drop-off, etc.) that the nearby accommodations are offering and more value for money. all the fixtures are new and rooms are well maintained. everyone is very friendly however there was no urgency in processing any of our high priority requests or things that could be done very easily.
