Front desk staff are amazing!!! And all other staff are excellent too. Amazing service, awesome room facilities. Loved stating here. My favourite buget hotel for sure.

Check in was painless. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is friendly. Very courteous.

The room allocated to us was very beautiful and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was excellent

The only point worth considering about the stay is the proximity from the airport. The rooms are very old. Bedsheets were not cleans.place was crawling with cockroaches. Even basic things like drinking water and soap were not provided. The booking mentioned breakfast but the team flatly refused

i haven't checked in checkin was denied at 2 hotels saying 2k extra i have to pay hotels have issue with fab pring policy, already ur agent told me that refund initiated kindly do the needful on priority , u shifted the booking to 2nd hotel they also denied saying no checkin till 12:30 and if checkin then extra money will be needed ur agent was on call, my 3.5 hours got wasted then ur agent picked the call all of u putted my call on hold , if i don't got the full refund plus extra money for the inconveniemce from side surely i will take u guys to the court , i came pune for interview because of u all i reached there 2.5 hours late, every call is recorded on my phone , if possible u guys should give me a call and discuss on this issue on my no. 9926628480 or mail shivanshubarua55@gmail.com

I had the worst experience. I’ve booked it through fab hotels customer service, they gave me for 950/- per night and I have booked it for 2 nights, while booking I told them I need early checking from 6:30AM and I might extend on daily basis, they told me for early checkin it’s 400/- but it’s negotiable at hotel, and if I want to extend they will give it for same price 950/-. Once I arrived they first say only 1 room is available as they haven’t been informed or was aware that I advanced booked early check in, they gave me a room which door lock is not working, there was no handle to open it and then in cupboards there are previous customers or someone else left overs which they didn’t clean, bathroom is dirty, room is dirty, when asked they said at 11AM they will change me to a nice room and I can stay in this room meanwhile as there are none available, so I adjusted. Then they didn’t move, I spoke to customer service, then they arranged me into a different room for which charging points are not working, no AC remote- when asked they said one of the old customer has stolen it and they didn’t get it after that and it’s like this for 5 other rooms, bathroom is dirty, I asked them to clean but still it’s dirty, I again spoke to customer service they first said they will change me to a different fab hotel or refund me but later they said area manager and hotel owner didn’t agree for refund and they won’t move me to a different hotel as well, they asked me to send pictures and I did but no response. Later hotel owner started shouting at me, that why u complaining and sending pictures to company, I’m getting calls, no one stays here has problem except you like that, I showed him all the things I was having issue and bathroom door doesn’t close well, it just opens automatically, I mean it will stay open. They then changed me to a different room saying they won’t refund me and also I have to pay 1k for early checkin, I told them I have proof I have advanced booked it for 400rs, they didn’t agree. After they changed me to a 3rd room, I again was disappointed it’s not good but I was getting late for office so I had to stay in. Later 2 nights I went to extend for 1 more night as i didn’t find time to find another hotel as i was so busy, they asked me to pay 1500/- per night, when i told them that customer service had agreed to extend on same price of 950/- they said u talk to them and they will let them know and they said they won’t agree, so customer service will move u to a different hotel within the agreed price, I understood he was treating me like that because of the complaint I did. Later I checked in fab hotels website and booking.com, it was quoting 1k per night for the same days he said they will charge 1500/- as its weekend and weekdays they charge 1300/-. I was so frustrated and decided to check out and go to a different hotel. Also amenities mentioned lift but there is no lift, and even staff didn’t help us in assisting with luggage, we had to take luggage by ourself by stairs and it was very heavy, I specifically booked lift one and confirmed with customer service before booking so there is lift facility. WiFi is worst as well, it takes more than 30mins to install a app, if I want to browse something it won’t even load, it’s just worst. I had to work from hotel so I chose wifi facility hotel and customer service confirmed WiFi is very good, firstly they didn’t tell me wifi password and then later when I asked them they gave details and like I said it’s worst. Customer service someone called me for feedback on stay, I was telling them all of these but they didn’t care and just asked my room number and said they will note we service issue that’s it, they didn’t even try to listen what i was saying. I have attached pictures as proof, please don’t believe pictures from Google, it won’t look like that at all. It’s like the worst.

Dear Fab Hotels Team , I have stayed twice before this with fabhotels ( once in Hotel Royal Oak , Gurugram and once in Hotel Vinu Valley , Ooty) and had very positive experiences there. Because of these positive experiences I trusted Fab Hotels to book FabHotel Royce Studio, Pune. The experience I had there was scary and pathetic at the same time. The rooms that I saw on your website were completely different from what I found on the hotel and not just one room , whole of the hotel had just these sort of rooms only. The issues I had are listed below and supporting images are there in the attachments . Please Read and observe the scam: 1) Denied Early check in even though rooms were available. He straight away asked extra charges for early check-in. 2) I mean this is the first hotel where I saw that switch board was literally out from the wall and the wires of the switch board can be seen. 3) Fan was ON right from the time I entered the room and to my surprise there was no button to switch off the fan. 4) Geyser was there but was not working, it was not able to warm the water . 5) Room was not clean , it had stains on the floor , bedsheet, towel .Room also had "cockroaches". 6) The room promised on fabhotels app was having table and a proper chair . The room I got had no table and there was one cheap plastic chair. 7) They clearly mentioned that room had Wi-Fi but when I entered password of the WiFi, it said no internet connection. 8) Fab hotels mentioned that the hotel was having lift facility however they only had stairs. 9)The matress in bed was not comfortable and it was way too hard , literally had back pains after sleeping. 10) Flush of Toilet was not working and it was broken. 11) The almirah they provided was not even cleaned , it has so much of dirt in it .Thank God , I did not chose to put my clothes there. 12) The room was worth less than 200-250 and it was sold on a premium basis. I want to understand below details from your side : 1) Don't you perform quality checks on hotels to see what is published on your website vs what is being offered in the real world ? 2) Why do you mention false details about the hotel ( Like 24*7 Wifi , Lift , Free Toiletries, Toilet Paper , Power Backup , mineral water bottle , Daily Housekeeping ) . Remind you , I did not received any of it and I literally mean it , not a single thing was received in the room. 3) Why reviews about this hotel is 100% positive on fabHotels website and app whereas the reviews on Google Map are literally 100% negative and tells the story of what I experienced. Are these reviews fake ? 4)The behaviour of the person at reception was so rude . Do FabHotels have no control over this ? 5) Why extra charges were asked for early check-in. As the name suggests, it's early check-in and not premium early check-in. What is done from fabhotels side to ensure these incidents does not occur? 6) How a shady hotel like this made it's way to FabHotels website and why it is not taken down from the website where I am 100% sure that I am not the only one talking this issue forward, it must have been brought to FabHotels notice and most chances are that you have refused to remove. 7) Why should one book from Fabhotels platform and not just any random platform to get a hotel like this ? Anyone can provide these sort of shady hotel. 8) Why Images in FabHotels website are fake and not from what is actually being provided. As a social media influencer and someone who has traveled the world a bit , I am 100% sure that this is not just a random issue , it is more kind of a scam to the users using FabHotels platform. Kindly take my question seriously and I expect a detailed reply on my raised questions.

Dear Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your listed property. I had booked the hotel expecting a peaceful and family-friendly experience, but the reality was quite the opposite. 1. Room & Facility Issues: The main door lock was faulty, and we had to call staff repeatedly to open and secure it, compromising our safety. The bathroom lacked basic amenities—no hot water, broken lock, and unhygienic conditions. We were not provided with bottled water, towels, or toiletries. 2. Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was poorly maintained, dusty, with stained walls and an ineffective air conditioner with no remote. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were unacceptable. 3. Expectation vs. Reality: The property was advertised as couple and family-friendly, but our experience was disappointing and far from what was promised online. Given these serious concerns, I request a full or partial refund for the inconvenience and urge you to take appropriate action against the property. Kindly confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the next steps.

I had booked the stay through Goibibo and paid the full amount, check in was denied when I reached. The reason they told that it's fully booked. Location is not good, do not recommend. Do not go with the cheaper price. Staff are not good.
