Great accommodation services. Location is also good. You can reach most of popular ghats and temples through this hotel.

Good budget friendly hotel. Small rooms but comfortable for sleeping. Good hot water supply.

We have stayed 2 days Pros- Only location Cons- no lift facility. Room provided on third floor and they don't have even lift it's very difficult for senior citizens. Somehow staff is rude specially receptionist l. They are charging 2.5% extra for credit card bokking even below 2000. This is not expected from fab hotel chain. The room has a lot of sepage with black fungus harmful for child and senior citizen having low immunity. Quality of Infra is also not as expected from fab hotel.

I was informed Premium room size is 180 sqft, but the room given to us was ordinary deluxe room of smaller size। They charged Rs 712 extra in the name of premium room after payment of advance showing unavailability of the delux room originally booked by me

Reception atmosphere is not healthy

Rooms were very dirty and not worth of price on the name of premium. There is no additional services available except local guide even water bottle charges are extra. The only good thing is location. I recommend owners to take care of property and cleanings.

Online pics & real hotel rooms are different Rooms & toilets are smelly Early checkin allowed mostly Bedsheets are dirty & not replaced daily/regularly. Prices are high & it's not a fab brand hotel it seems. Avoid it for sure.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. My booking was denied at the property despite having a confirmed reservation, and the full amount was already paid in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel could not accommodate my stay, which caused significant inconvenience, last-minute stress, and disruption to my travel plans. This situation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially after confirming and paying for the booking. Although the refund was later initiated after follow-up, the experience left a very negative impression. I would strongly advise future guests to double-check availability directly with the hotel before arrival, even if the booking is confirmed online. Overall, poor coordination and lack of accountability. Very disappointing experience.
