This hotel exceeded my expectations! Location is fantastic - 10 min on cab to the airport, few minutes to the restaurants and just extra couple of minutes to sightseeing places of Patna The Samart City ! Staff is definitely a credit to this hotel - extremely helpful, polite and go an extra mile for you. The hotel itself and rooms are spotlessly clean. Will definitely return again on my next trip to Patna.

I am very disappointed about this hotel , hotel location is near airport but hotel surrounding area is very dirty , room , bed set, pilo , blanket not clean , very local level hotel as per terrif hotel is not good. Horrific and disgusting hotel. We entered the room to wet floor tht smelled like urine and the staff weren't cooperatively working to clean the place. Looks nothing like the pictures suggest. Never coming to this hotel for visiting again. Even found holes in the bedsheet. Poor quality

The hotel provider block my before I entered the hotel. I told him I will arrive late night and I had already paid in advance and the gate was locked and the owner had blocked me before so he was not taking my phone also.The room was also dirty and the bed sheet and blankets were unwashed…the bathroom tap was leaked and the bathroom was also very. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL IT IS A WASTE OF TIME,MONEY AND COMFORT.

Worst Experience. Hotel doesn't allow me to check-in and waited 1 hour as they had Tariff issue with fab hotel online booking. After talking with Fab hotel Costumer care these people allowed me. Ridiculous. Thanks god I wasn't with my family. Suggesting people kindly be aware.
