Receptionist was not ready to give room saying that there is no bookings after half and hour he gave room ,complimentary breakfast served after 2 reminder

From the start it was pathetic, asks too many personal questions like as if they are detectives, rooms are small and smells like hospital rooms, bathrooms aren't that great, checked out without even staying yet didn't get even a little amount. disappointed.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.
