"Staff at reception was very unprofessional. He dont even know what complimentary items to be provided. I received towel and water bottle very late (next day) after my checkin. Didnt receved any oral hygiene items. There should be digital formalities and quick check-in. The water geazer was leaking. Due to some urgency i stayed for only one night. So i was expecting a refund for 2nd night. But didnt received any refund. The hotel location and ambiance is very bad. It is more like an apartment building. Please stop fooling people by sharing manupilative pictures on website."

"Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."
