"When I checked in the hotel they outrightly said call fab hotels, the hotel is fully booked. I waited for nearly 90 min as fab hotels were negotiating with the hotel. The rooms were available my booking was confirmed still they didn't allowed me to check in as they wanted a higher price from the rate I had booked. Finally post having mutiple calls with fab customer care the issue was sorted but had a very bad customer experience"

"The impression I had when booking was that of a hotel like Ginger. But the act experience is of a lodge. The big surprise gaps 1. No intercom,2 no glass for drinking water, no drinking water , 3. You ad said no prepayment but the reception wanted me to pay even before check in, 4. Bed sheets are too old. 5. Tap in bathroom is not ok, 70% water get wasted as it doesn't fill in to the bucket. 6. No provision for complimentary or in house breakfast. 2 good things are it has a couple of good restaurant nearby & a famous murugan temple with in waking distance."
