    This hotel is not fit to get single star................. because of prakash....... not only the location of hotel but the person mr.prakash (mr.... does not suite him at all....) who was in reception was horrible. he dona€™t know how to interact with the guest. he dona€™t know how to speak, n the way to respond. straight away he jumps on guest using bad words, his facial expression was horrible. really my daughter afraid by watching the way he was shouting on us. we had booked the room at this hotel by paying amount well in advance. at the time of check in (we checked in at 4pm) we enquired in reception that is that possible to give 1 and half an hour extra time.. (i.e., till 01:30pm instead of 12:00 pm) to check out, as we had train at 3 o clock. and reception staff confirmed us that we can check out at 01:30 pm next day instead of 12:00pm. next day morning we went to personal work and for check out we returned to hotel, mr.prakash who was at reception started yelling at yes without telling anything. he dona€™t know how to speak & how to interact with the guest. he started using all unethical words, we said we got confirmation for late check out from the other reception staff previous day. it is their mistake, internal miscommunication. he blamed us that because of us he could not give room to the other guest. *who the hell he is to speak about the language, state with the guest........ *dona€™t he know how many rooms available for fresh check in..... more over this hotel rooms was not full, not crowded at all.......... many rooms was vacant in our floor (ours was 2nd floor) itself..... *he insisted the staff to not to allow us to our room, as we returned late.... (internal miscommunication) he was not allowing us to go to room for check out and at the same time he wants the to room to be vacant with in 2 minutes..... how can it be possible....... *he shouted on us while checking out... in less than 10 minutes we checked seeing his arrogance and horror face my 3year old daughter started crying..... *** he told he was least bothered to the money.... then why he has charged soo much.... for 1 night???? *** he blamed that whatever we pay that will go to fab hotels not sam residency..... it seems a€“ how we are responsible for that. **** when i told i will be reflecting in trip adviser, holiday iq..... he was least bothered... a€“ his response was a€œia€™m least bothered about reviews in holiday, hotel portalsa€ i know what i should do to youa€ a€“ very very worst communication..... if they dona€™t have proper communication channel why they should speak with guest???? most importantly nothing was in good condition in the room. we could have blasted them if we want to quarrel with those irresponsible hotel management. 1) water was not going in bathroom................ a€“ when we informed this to the room service they told us to tell this to reception, and when we told this to reception he started jumping that they have only one room service boy so we should wait for 10 to 15 minutes..... after 15 minutes the room boy came he checked and removed the 2 cups which they have kept in the place where water goes... 2) dress / towel holder in bathroom is at the top of roof and above toiled commode.... so no one can keep the dress or towel or anything on that............ 3) no tissue in bathroom. 4) no hot water... previous day evening when we enquire with the room boy he said hot water is available after 6.30 am. but no hot water at all...... 5) ac was not working 6) fan was not working. first of all it was not getting on only................ 7) wi-fi was not working. somehow we managed to spend one night at this hotel with 2 kids, 1 aged in law and we two. not worth to pay sooooo much. even for rs.1000 it is not worth. we wasted our money. ***prakash is always ready to quarrel with the guest any time........

    It gives me immense agony to share my experience with fab hotels during my official visit to coimbatore. am attaching my hotel booking and the certain pictures for your kind perusal. to be precise i wanted to book my bookings at fab hotel jhansi. instead due to a small mis-communication my colleagues booked my reservation at sam residency. for past eight years of my corporate life we always stay at fab hotels for the service and the hospitality .for the first time am experiencing a bad call from your side . the below attached pictures will explain my experience . as soon as i reached the hotel i realised that my bookings has been little wrong . immediately i called the customer support executive to change my booking . also when i entered my stay i found your hoarding saying that the hotel in charge mr jaya prakash guest delight officer . i had a belief that he will assist me and guide me through out the process. i rang him up immediately and spoke to him also sent my booking id also a text which i have attached. i want to bring it to your notice and takes me pain to say that there was no response and no action from your end. its purely injustice . u guys appoint an in-charge to sort our queries and help our stay better. i stayed in the hotel which was so uncomfortable . later i was pulled to book a room with oyo and proceed my stay.also would like to bring into your notice about the break-fast and its quality . it was surprising that there was no hospitality even those people never bothered to serve water. very pathetic hospitality . i have started my own start up and wanted to link my corporate bookings with fab hotels, now after this incident it gives me second thought to proceed further. i demand an explanation and a positive feedback from your end.

    Yes i had a nice stay. i again preferred as already experienced a good stay in the hotel.the total process from booking, check in and check out are very satisfactory. complementary breakfast is superb.

    While the breakfast is good in the hotel restaurant they do not have it as a functioning restaurant in lunch time. further whatever was ordered out of the limited itmes mentioned by waiter was also not available and finally they just served a aloo gravy instead of aloo gobi ordered and that too very limited qty far below the normal portion . on inquiring on the same with the waiter / supervisor john he roughly told us that this is what we get and also advised authoritatively that we have to be adjustable as per whatever he serves. his behaviour and tone was very bad. while i was complaining about his behaviour in the reception he came to the reception and shouted at me telling that we are not supposed to complain about him with name and we can only raise a general complaint on the restaurant. his behaviour was not controllable by the reception and he kept on ranting. with this bitter experience by the waiter john uncontrolled by the management we decided not to stay in the hotel in our next visit. such staff bring down the reputation of the hotel and bring down the business and hotel should take action on people like john to ensure that they do not lose business.
